Do Not Take the Essentials of Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts for Granted

(Clearwisdom.net) As one of the three most important things that Dafa practitioners should do during the Fa-rectification period, effectively sending forth righteous thoughts together directly affects how well we can validate the Fa. My understanding from the perspective of the Fa was that as long as we conform to the Fa without omission and cultivate well, our righteous thoughts would be effective. I also believed that even if many things interfere with us, they are only temporary and part of the cultivation process as long as our Xinxing meets the Fa's criteria of our level.

In the past few months, however, I have been experiencing great interference while sending forth righteous thoughts, and I was forced to adjust myself because I was not able to calm down. After examining the issue closely, I still failed to find any major problems. In spite of my absence of attachments, which is the result of the cultivation process, I have been trying hard to eliminate the interference by the standard of Fa. Having read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party six times, I believed that I had removed the interference from the communist specter. I also believed that I had done well the three things every Dafa practitioner should do. Overall, I did not know where the root problem was, and I strived to use "strong righteous thoughts" to repel the interference. This strategy seemed to work sometimes, but the problem kept returning. Sometimes my whole body was tired after sending forth righteous thoughts, but I did not understand what was wrong.

Recently, I saw a few practitioners sending forth righteous thoughts outside the Chinese Embassy, so I joined them. After we finished, an older practitioner asked me what I was thinking when sending forth righteous thoughts. I told him I was thinking about eliminating rotten demons, dark minions, any Gods that play negative roles, and the evil communist spirit. The practitioner told me that it should definitely be "Eradicate all evil that damages Dafa, disintegrating all of the dark minions and rotten demons, destroying all elements of the Communist evil specter and all of its evil factors in other dimensions, encompassing all of it and leaving out none." He added, "I suggest you seriously check out the Minghui/Clearwisdom website."

On the way home, I thought, "What he said does not differ much from my own understanding. Every practitioner can have his or her own understanding of the Fa while the understanding of the editors of Minghui/Clearwisdom is probably also right. It is unnecessary to require everyone to follow the same rule."

As soon as I returned home, I read the article on Minghui/Clearwisdom entitled "The Essentials to Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts and the Schedule for Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts at Set Times Around the World (Update 2)," which explains exactly what that practitioner said. Perhaps the evil communist spirit indeed differs from the evil elements of the communist party in other dimensions, I thought. With that new understanding, I started to follow the essentials of sending forth righteous thoughts described in the article to eliminate evil. This made a huge difference. While sending forth righteous thoughts, I experienced little interference.

I conclude that the reason I failed to concentrate while sending forth righteous thoughts is because of the evil elements of the communist party in other dimensions, which I failed to eliminate over an extended period of time. As a result, these elements were able to take advantage of some opportunities to use their evil influence.

I am sharing my experience here to help fellow practitioners in avoiding the same mistake. Lets review the words in Clearwisdom's notice regarding sending forth righteous thoughts: Eradicate all evil that damages Dafa, disintegrating all of the dark minions and rotten demons, destroying all elements of the Communist evil specter and all of its evil factors in other dimensions, encompassing all of it and leaving out none.
