Photo Report: Practitioners Protest Persecution in Front of Chinese Embassy in Estonia

(Clearwisdom.net) At 5:00 p.m. on July 25, practitioners from Estonia, Latvia and Finland gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy in Estonia to protest the 6-year brutal persecution of Falun Gong. This is the first time that practitioners have held an appeal in front of the Embassy, though practitioners have previously held several events in Estonia. Local media interviewed practitioners at the Embassy and reported the appeal on the evening news.

In June 2002, several Australian practitioners held a press conference in Estonia to disclose the brutal persecution of Falun Gong when the chief perpetrator of the persecution, Jiang Zemin, visited Estonia. Several days later, Jiang ordered officials as well as the Chinese Embassy to threaten these practitioners by phone. After this was reported to the police, they received kind help and protection from the authorities until they safely left Estonia.
