AP Photos: Philippine Falun Gong Practitioners Hold Press Conference in Pasig City to Announce Lawsuit against Chinese Embassy Officials


(Clearwisdom.net) According to an AP photo report on September 15, 2005, Philippine Falun Gong practitioners filed a lawsuit today against officials of the Chinese embassy in the Philippines and against four local Chinese newspapers for libel, claiming that the Chinese government launched a smear campaign against their group. Practitioners held a press conference in Suburban Pasig City, east of Manila on Sept. 15.
