Reference Article: Former Nazi Guard Deported

(Clearwisdom.net) Chief U.S. Immigration Judge Michael Creppy has recently ordered a man accused of being a Nazi concentration camp guard to be deported. John Demjanjuk, a retired Cleveland-area autoworker, will be deported back his homeland of Ukraine. On Wednesday, Judge Creppy dismissed Demjanjuk's claim that he would face torture in Ukraine.

Demjanjuk, 85, has been struggling to stay in the U.S. since 1977. At that time, he was accused of being the Nazi guard known as "Ivan the Terrible" at the Treblinka death camp in Poland. He was extradited to Israel in 1986. He was convicted in an Israeli court in 1988 and sentenced to death. However, the conviction was later overturned because new evidence showed that someone else was Ivan the Terrible.

Demjanjuk then came back to the U.S. The current case is based on evidence uncovered by the Justice Department alleging that he was a different guard. Demjanjuk has denied the allegations.

The Chinese labor camp guards and police who have been actively persecuting Falun Gong practitioners will face the same fate as Nazi war criminals. They will be brought to trial, convicted and punished in the near future.
