Letting Go of Attachments in My Heart

Master said, "The whole process of cultivation is a process of constantly getting rid of human attachments." (Zhuan Falun) However, since I started cultivation, I have had a strong attachment that comes from knowing that as long as one practices cultivation, a person will be able to slow or even reverse the process of aging. It seems that I was promoting Dafa to others by saying that people become younger after practicing Falun Dafa. In fact, deep in my heart, I just wanted others to say that I was young and happy. With these attachments to vanity, self-interest and qing, I looked older and older when I looked at myself in the mirror every day.
Presently, I have found a bigger hidden attachment: I'm attached to every thought of mine, and my every thought I take for granted to be correct. Because of this attachment, I rarely consider things from the perspective of other people. I take it for granted that what I do is for the good of others. Thus, I impose my own mentality upon others. When other people do not understand, my resentment and other reactions make others feel that I am very uncompassionate. In addition, because of the unhappiness in my personal life, I have resentment towards my parents and family members. I would sometimes act without compassion, which in turn makes me feel weary and bitter.
Master says, "What's a fundamental attachment, then? Human beings acquire many notions in this world and are, as a consequence, driven by these notions to pursue what they yearn for. But when a person comes to this world, it is karmic arrangements that determine his course of life and what will be gained and lost in it. How could a person's notions determine each stage of his life? So those so-called "beautiful dreams and wishes" become pursuits that can never be realized, despite painful attachments."(Toward Consummation) With my human mentality, I hurt others unintentionally. However, I do not realize that and become resentful, "How come you do not feel grateful when I am so compassionate to you?" All the while, I don't realize that all those are caused by my own attachments. How dangerous it is when we hurt others due to our attachments and when we bring damage to Dafa without knowing it!
Since I am not well-educated and do not have good enlightenment quality, I can only expose the attachments and human mentality that I have realized in order to get rid of them. Let us all catch up with the progress of Fa-rectification and do well the three things that a Dafa disciple should do. Let's cultivate together diligently.
