Save Sentient Beings without Classifying Them on the Basis of Our Own Human Notions

(Clerwisdom.net) I often have a notion when clarifying the truth that since a particular person believes in God and is very nice that I should clarify the truth to him, and since another person may not seem as nice, and I think he would have trouble accepting the truth, I avoid clarifying the truth to him. I am selective in this way even with my friends and family members. For example my oldest brother and second sister-in-law are easy going, but my oldest sister-in-law and second older brother are not as warm to me. So I always clarify the truth to the first two but avoid the latter two people.

This notion of mine has not changed for a long period of time. But I had a dream last night in which there were people stuck in the mud around me. I was on a little boat with several others. I was calling people to climb onto our boat, but in my mind, I was sorting them out. One person seemed familiar. Yes, she is my fellow practitioner! I called her, but she did not move at all. The person next to her extended his hand to me, so I pulled him up. As there were more people stuck in the mud, I was very anxious to save them, but if they did not extend their hands to me, I did not try to save them.

Why was I not actively saving them but waited for them to extend their hands first? I looked inward and found I was using sentimentality and personal opinions in saving sentient beings. I didn't have true compassion and failed to see that all sentient beings are suffering. This opinion severely blocked me when clarifying the truth and also blocked my path of Fa-rectification. If everyone could easily accept the truth, the evil would have ceased to exist long ago.

Because everyone is covered with stains in this big dye vat of human society, if not washed by Falun Dafa, no one is clean. The Fa-rectification is proceeding very rapidly. What if my notion prevented certain sentient beings from being saved? What a huge omission on my part! Salvation is there for all who know of it.

I wrote this article to remind fellow practitioners who have similar notions to quickly eliminate these kinds of human thoughts, to study the Fa more diligently, and to rectify themselves. Let us follow Master's requirements, righteous thoughts and righteous actions and create a bright future for the sentient beings.
