Police in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province Arrest Practitioners and Extort Money from their Families

The police officers at the Siguanyingzi Police Station in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province arrested Falun Gong practitioner Gao Minghui on December 11, 2005.

The State Security Division spied on Falun Gong practitioners Cui Shulan and Du Wenduo for a month and then 'had the police arrest them. The police harassed both practitioners' families and extorted 3,000 yuan from Cui Shulan's family and 2,000 yuan from Du Wenduo's family.
