On April 9, 2004, Clearwisdom.net reported news from China that practitioners Ms. Guo Xiuyan and Qu Feng were illegally arrested while they were clarifying the truth in Dongxin Village, Bodong County, Huling City. The Budong local police sent them to Hulin Detention Center on August 18, 2002. Qu Feng was detained for two years in a forced labor camp. Ms. Guo Xiuyan was released for medical treatment.
