Toronto: Practitioners Call upon Chinese People to Quit the Party (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On October 14, 2006, practitioners held an activity in Toronto’s Chinatown to support the14 million people who have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party. They passed out the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, various Falun Gong materials, and collected signatures. They also called upon the Canadian government to take action to stop the persecution in China.

Practitioners exposed CCP brutality and broadcast the withdrawal from the party through banners, display boards and loudspeakers.

Mr. Wang, a practitioner, said that the trend of quitting the party cannot be stopped. More and more Chinese people want to quit the party now. Due to the CCP Internet blockade, many renouncements cannot be sent out.

Mr. Wang said that at the beginning of the persecution, Falun Gong practitioners appealed to the CCP, hoping that it could understand them and give them a free environment to practice. But later, practitioners found that the CCP knew very well what Falun Gong is. When arresting practitioners, the policemen even knew that whoever refuses to lie is most likely a practitioner.

The persecution has been stepped up time and time again over the last 7 years. The CCP tries to brainwash practitioners, tortures them and harvests organs from them. "The CCP tries to ruin the traditional moral standard of Chinese people," said Mr. Wang. "We believe that evil deeds meet evil returns, and the CCP will get back all that it has given. Not all members of the CCP are bad people. Many innocent people have pledged oaths that they would devote their lives to the CCP. These people should not be punished for the CCP’s crimes. They will have a wonderful future if they quit the party."

"We don’t believe in the violent revolution that the CCP preaches." said Mr. Wang "I think that the hope of Chinese people depends on Chinese people’s hearts. If everybody quits the party, then China will transfer to a peaceful and rational country."

A 50-year old practitioner from Anhui Province has witnessed CCP crimes himself.

Many people in his village starved to death in the 1950’s as a result of CCP policies. A member of his own family was among them.

He said that the CCP has distorted Chinese people’s hearts. "The CCP is evil and it has brought many disasters to people in the last 100 years. We didn’t know this, and became members of it. Now, I believe in gods. Since the CCP is so evil, gods will eliminate it for sure. If people don’t quit it, they will be punished too."

One practitioner talked to the passersby: "If you cherish your life, and you are responsible to your life, please listen to us. Please learn more about the truth of Falun Gong and the CCP. More than 14 million people have already quit the party. Why did they do it? The CCP is about to crumble. Save yourself from the Party’s fate and renounce it today."
