(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Wang Zhiwen, 74, lived in an area under the
administration of the Shuguang Road Police Station in Changchun City, Jilin
Province. During the last few years, she had been persecuted by local corrupt
officials and police officers because she cultivated in Falun Gong. She died on
September 2, 2006. Ms. Wang persisted in cultivation since she began practicing Falun Gong.
Sometimes she organized practitioners to study the Fa together. After the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting Falun Dafa in 1999, she went to
Beijing two or three times to validate the Fa. During her first trip to Beijing,
she was arrested in Tianjin City before she arrived in Beijing. On her second
trip to Beijing in 2002, she went to Tiananmen Square to hold a banner, and she
was able to leave safely. However, she suddenly thought of something and went
back to Tiananmen Square. She was then arrested and sent back to Changchun. She was illegally arrested eight or nine times. The neighborhood
committee and the local police station continually watched and harassed her. She
was ordered to report to the police station regularly. Ms. Wang was again arrested in 2004. She was illegally detained for about two
months and became very weak. Her health condition continued to decline. She
passed away on September 2, 2006. Mr. Sun Fuxi, 68, lived in Yantai City, Shandong Province. He began
cultivating Falun Gong in 1995 and had been healthy ever since. After the CCP
began persecuting Falun Dafa on July 20, 1999, party officials often harassed
him at his home at all hours. They forced him to write a "guarantee
statement" and arrested his family members. His wife and son were arrested
and illegally detained many times. Mr. Sun suffered tremendous harm to his mind
and body. After enduring the long term mental pressure and persecution, he
passed away during August 2005. October 10, 2006
