By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province

(Clearwisdom.net) For the past few years we have persisted in studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts every Monday and Wednesday at our group Fa-study site, and fellow practitioners are improving their xinxing diligently. We send forth righteous thoughts every hour while we study the Fa together. The following occurrence took place at our group Fa-study site.

One afternoon in late June the sky was cloudy and it started to rain. While sending forth righteous thoughts at five, I noticed that a fellow practitioner’s right hand was leaning over. I asked what had happened to her hand. She said that her hand was limp and she could not raise it. Without thinking I told her to raise her right hand with her left hand. Then fellow practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts for her. After we finished sending forth righteous thoughts, the other practitioners told her to stand up and walk. Seeing that it was difficult for her to stand up, I went to help her. After just a few steps, something went wrong and she lost control of her hands and feet. She lost her balance and fell down on her left side. I had a thought, "Never fall down. Master, please support her." Suddenly I had enough strength flow from my head to my hand to carry her to a bed. My heart was warmed, because Master was protecting us. I recited silently,

At that time everyone was calm. We had thought of Master at a critical moment, thus turning danger into safety.

I suddenly had a thought, "This happened at the group Fa-study site. If it had occurred at home then it’s hard to say what would have happened." I realized immediately that nothing happens by chance. It’s up to us whether we can enlighten to it and know how to treat it. It also provided fellow practitioners with an opportunity to improve their xinxing. No matter what happens, we should treat it as a good thing.

Everyone was calm, and we called a taxi to take her home. Before she went home, I asked her what had happened. She said, "I lost consciousness before sending forth righteous thoughts and lost control of my arms. Possibly my righteous thoughts were not strong enough and the dark minions and rotten demons of old forces took advantage of my loopholes." She also said that she should not say that a fellow practitioner was arrested because he (she) had an omission, implying that she herself did not have an omission. Did it indicate that I have an omission? I reminded her, "The appearance of an unrighteous state of your body is to let you pass the test. Be sure to maintain good character and search within to find the fundamental issue of your xinxing, improve xinxing, and do well the three things that Master told us to do."

On my way home, I was thinking that the cultivation of practitioners was serious, not child’s play. Any conflicts during cultivation can be solved if we regard ourselves as cultivators. At dangerous moments, it is also important to think of Master.

One day later at the group Fa-study site, everyone realized that we should seriously consider what had happened the previous time and learn a lesson from this fellow practitioner. Master told us,

Fellow practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts for her, shared their understanding of the Fa, completely negated the old forces’ arrangements, and eliminated human notions that formed thousands of years ago. Immediately the fellow practitioner could raise her arms and she became normal in a short time.

I was worried about my low cultivation level and that I was not good at speaking. This is also a human notion and attachment to surface form. Later I realized that I should break out of the hard shell of attachment and I improved greatly through studying the Fa diligently, paying more attention to reading the "Minghui Weekly" newsletter, and always looking within.

Whether Dafa disciples during the Fa-rectification period can always think of protecting and validating the Fa, or be responsible for all the righteous elements inside of the cosmos, or whether we consider problems based on the Fa instead of selfishness, whenever we encounter a problem we should send forth the most powerful righteous thoughts to improve as one body and better save sentient beings. To walk well and solidly along a god’s path arranged by Master, the first thing is to cultivate ourselves well.
