(Clearwisdom.net) Prague, with a long history, is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. More than 1000 years ago, it was the political centre of the Czech Land. During the Middle Ages, Prague was the capital of the Roman Empire. Today there remain Roman, Baroque and Classical style buildings and statues throughout Prague that speak to people of divine myths and legends borne in ancient times.

People sign our petition in succession asking the Czech Government to help end the persecution of Falun Gong

Sending righteous thoughts in front of the Chinese Consulate

In the famous Old Town Square of Prague, Falun Gong practitioners also took part in the activity exposing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s persecuting of Falun Gong and harvesting organs from living practitioners

On November 16-19, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from many European countries came to Prague to attend the 3rd Czechoslovakia Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. Practitioners utilized this opportunity of being together to go to the Chinese Embassy to send forth righteous thoughts, hold a candle vigil, and expose the persecution of Falun Gong, including the crime of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. After people learned the truth, they signed our petition in succession, which appeals to the Czech Government and other countries in the world to help end the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners as soon as possible. Several practitioners wore beautiful costumes and performed dances to the music, "Falun Dafa Is Good." They looked like celestial maidens as they demonstrated to the audience the beauty of Falun Dafa. Lots of people stopped to watch with delightful smiles on their faces. Many took photos.

An elderly German couple was out sightseeing when they came over to sign the petition. One of them told practitioners: "I learned the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong on TV in Germany. This is my second time to sign such a petition. I think it is very important." When they were about to leave, they encouraged practitioners to carry on, and expressed their wishes that practitioners would end this persecution soon.

A lady went to the petition table and quietly signed her name after she had looked at one side of an exhibition board. Then she walked over to the front of the exhibition board. At that moment she couldn't help crying. She was speechless to express her feelings when facing the practitioners around her who were also full of tears.

Overall, the people of Prague are shocked by the brutality of this persecution. The evils of the Communist Party are not unknown to them. The well-known "Velvet Revolution" happened here 17 years ago. After that the Communist Party collapsed, and so did its tyrannical rule over the Czech people. Interviewed by reporters at the 17^th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution, Mr Klaus, President of Czech Republic, said: "The Czech people successfully got rid of Communism 17 years ago. I believe the Chinese people should also walk on the same path."

Nowadays, we have seen that Chinese people are awakening. One day in the near future they will get rid of the tyrannical rule of the evil CCP. Ultimately, the evil CCP will be eliminated. For several years, Falun Dafa disciples have been safeguarding Dafa with their lives, exposing the persecution and saving sentient beings. The practitioners are carrying out their divine promises one after another. The events of today will be the stories told to next generations.
