Shandong Province Authorities Arrest a Woman and Torture Her to Obtain Information about a Falun Gong Practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) A Falun Dafa practitioner is a frequent customer of a beauty shop in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. She once used the mobile phone of an employee, Ms. Wang. Later this practitioner gave Ms. Wang an electronic book as a gift. Not long ago, this practitioner, who had taken truth clarification materials to the beauty shop, left the bag of the materials at the shop. Because the practitioner was out of town for a few days, Ms. Wang took the bag to her home. When the practitioner came back to the beauty shop to get the bag, she found out that Ms. Wang had been illegally arrested.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is very sinister. The 610 Office of Zaozhuang City and police officers from the Xuecheng Police Station arrested a non-practitioner who had committed no crime. They also tried to get information from Ms. Wang by torturing her, and they asked her if she practices Falun Gong. Currently, Ms. Wang has been detained for many days. Ms. Wang's family went to the Xuecheng Police Station many times to demand her release. However, the police officers did not release Ms. Wang, and instead they forced her family to persuade her to cooperate with the police. They did these things in order to force Ms. Wang to give them the name of the person who distributed the truth clarification materials found in her home. The police officers broke the law and abused human rights. They also threatened Ms. Wang's family not to tell others about their evil actions.

Through investigations we learned that on October 11, 2006, at 9 o'clock in the morning, Ms. Wang, who is in her 20s, was illegally arrested by police officers from the Xuecheng Police Station while she was working at the beauty shop. Currently, she is being detained at the political and security section of the Xuecheng Detention Center. A policeman named Shi Lei, delivered an arrest warrant to Ms. Wang's family.
