Practitioners Participate in Indonesia’s Annual Book Fair in Jakarta (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) The Annual Indonesia Book Fair was held on December 6-10, 2006 in Jakarta. This is a major annual literary event in Indonesia, in which Falun Dafa practitioners in Jakarta participated.

During the last two days of the Fair, a very large flow of visitors, in the tens of thousands showed up, and these people came from all walks of life. This gave practitioners the opportunity to clarify the truth about the persecution and introduce the practice of Falun Dafa to many people.

A few young practitioners also demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises in our booth. Many visitors were able to learn the practice on the spot. Besides the exercise demonstration, there was also a display of videos which showed the activities of Falun Gong in many countries, including the recent grand parade in Hong Kong. In the booth, different publications of Zhuan Falun in many different languages were also displayed for the visitors. This shows the public that Falun Dafa is popular in many countries.

Surprisingly, even though Falun Dafa is gaining more and more recognition, many people still have not heard of Falun Dafa at all. Therefore, this was a very good opportunity for more people to get to know about Falun Dafa.
