(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Qi Dawei
and Ms. Zhang Guiqing Tortured at Hepingchang Hospital In April 2006, Mr. Qi Dawei and Ms. Zhang Guiqing were arrested and detained
at a detention center. On November 8, they were taken to Hepingchang Hospital.
Because of the torture, most likely in the form of injections with unknown
drugs, Ms. Zhang's mind was affected and she can no longer recognize people. She
has a blank look on her face, sleeps a lot, has difficult breathing, and cannot
excrete. Police officers monitor the practitioners 24 hours-a-day. At night they

Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center On November 30, officials from the Qi County Political and Judiciary
Committee and police from Xiguan Police Station arrested Ms. Li after she
returned home from work. On December 1, Ms. Li was taken to Huanghe Hotel
Brainwashing Center. After Ms. Li's 17-year-old son accused the police of being
fascists, he too was taken to Xiguan Police Station. Only when some people who

,86-378-8991573 3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Shigang and
Ms. Wang Lixin Arrested On the morning of November 17, 2006, police from Tuchengzi Police Station
broke into Mr. Li Shigang and his wife Ms. Wang Lixin's home and arrested them.
When Ms. Wang's family went to the police station to ask for their release,
seven or eight police officers mistreated them. Ms. Wang's mother was knocked
down, had a heart attack and lost consciousness. Ms. Wang's cell phone was taken
away. Finally, the police took Ms. Wang and her family home before noon. Mr.
Li's whereabouts are unknown. 4. [Lankao, Henan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Zhang Gaizhi Arrested
and Taken to a Brainwashing Center Around 9 a.m. of November 29, 2006, staff from Lankao County Political and
Judiciary Committee and the 610 office, as well as police from the Lankao Police
Station and Chengguan Police Station arrested Ms. Zhang Gaizhi. She was taken to
Huanghe Hotel Brainwashing Center in Zhengzhou City for further persecution. 5. [Chongqing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Yang Arrested On the afternoon of November 24, 2006, Ms. Yang was arrested by police from
Lijiadou Police Station. She was taken to Yudongba Detention Center the next
day. Ms. Yang works at Mawangping Farmer's Market at LiJiadou of Banan District,
Chongqing. 6. [Anyue County, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Zhongre
Put on Trial Mr. Li has been detained at the Anyue County Detention Center for almost
three months. His trial was set for December 4. Mr. Li is from Tongxian Township
of Anyue County. 7. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Zhou Xingxiu
Tortured Ms. Zhou Xingxiu lives in unit #1 of the first floor, building 8 of the
residential area associated with the Installation Company of Peicheng District,
Mianyang City. Around midnight on June 1 of 2006, several police from the State
Security Unit of Fucheng Police Sub-bureau broke into her home and ransacked it.
They took Ms. Zhou to Mianyang Detention City and detained her for 43 days. At
the detention center, Ms. Zhou became critically ill before she was released. Around 10 a.m. on November 28, police again went to Ms. Zhou's home to harass
her. They forced her to sign the arrest warrant and threatened to kidnap her if
she refused. 8. [Dujun City, Qiannan Prefecture, Guzhou Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner
Mr. Muo Huanquan Arrested Around 3 p.m. on November 22, police from the local and city police station
arrested Mr. Muo Huanquan. His photography business was shut down. Two computers
were confiscated. Mr. Muo is from Baimang Town, Dujun City, Qiannan Prefecture
of Guzhou Province. 9. [Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Huang
Jianxia Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center Ms. Huang Jianxia was sentenced to three years in prison, not to begin until
4 years from now. However officials would not release her, instead she was taken
to Henghe Brainwashing Center for persecution. 10. [Wei County, Hebei Province] Two Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested On the afternoon of November 27, two practitioners from Wei County were
arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials at Majun Village of Baile
Township. They were taken to Baile Township Police Station and detained. Phone number for Baile Township Police Station: 86-313-7240009 11. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Feng Cuiyan
Arrested Ms. Feng Cuiyan, 33 years old, was detained and brainwashed for distributing
truth-clarifying material in 2000. She was severely injured. In 2006, Ms. Feng
supplied a materials production site with money and equipment. Around the middle
of March, her home was ransacked, and she was arrested. No one knows her
whereabouts. 12. [Beijing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Zengqi and his Wife Arrested Mr. Li Zhengqi and his wife Ms. He Xiulan are practitioners from Dongyantou
Village, Mulin Township, Shunyi District of Beijing. They were arrested on
September 28, 2006 and no one knows there whereabouts. At 1 p.m. on December 1,
a police officer with the surname of Cheng from Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp
contacted Mr. Li's daughter. They asked her to write a letter to convince Mr. Li
to transform. The police also threatened the girl. Officer Cheng's cell phone: 86-13511010973 13. [Shanghai] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Feng Yunxia Arrested At 5:45 p.m. on December 1, over twenty policemen from the local 610 office
broke into Ms. Feng's home and arrested her. Ms. Feng lives in the Zhabei
District of Shanghai. 14. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Lei Wenxia
Arrested On November 26, Ms. Lei was reported to police for clarifying the truth to
people. She was arrested and is detained in a detention center. Ms. Lei is from

Arrested Around 9:30 a.m. on November 9, Director Wang Hong and police from the Sanhei
610 office and the No. 1 Metallurgy Bureau Police Station arrested Mr. Zhang
Yanming at the Jinri Company. Mr. Zhang was taken to Weifang Brainwashing Center
in the afternoon. His home was ransacked. The police confiscated a computer. No. 1 Metallurgy Bureau, Wang Jun: 86-10-61599319 (home) 16. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Wang Yinyi, Deng
Lianyu and Yu Zhongzhu Tormented at Prison Practitioners Mr. Wang Yinyi, Mr. Deng Lianyu and Ms. Yu Zhongzhu are from
Muping District of Yantai. They were illegally sentenced to prison. Mr. Wang
Yinyi is imprisoned with Brigade 8 of Wangcun No. 2 Prison in Zibo. He has been
on hunger strike for over 40 days. He is no longer able to stand unaided. Mr.
Deng Lianyu is also imprisoned with Brigade 8 of the same prison. There are
approximately 300 Falun Dafa practitioners imprisoned at Wancun No. 2 Prison.

collecting signatures from students and organizing class activities to slander

86-437-6317776 18. [Yincheng City, Hubei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Yan Sanming
Arrested On December 2, Mr. Yan Sanming was clarifying the truth at Langjun Township
of Yincheng City. He was reported to police and was arrested by officers Li
Jinbo, Liu Zhao, and Xiu Hanpeng of the local police station. Li Jinbo shocked
Mr. Yan with an electric baton in front everyone. Mr. Yan has been taken to
