By a Falun Dafa practitioner in China

(Clearwsidom.net) I started practicing Falun Dafa in 1996 and made a priority of Fa study. In June and July 1996, I studied Master's articles "For Whom Do You Practice Cultivation?" and "Huge Exposure" (from Essentials for Further Advancement) numerous times. I never doubted Falun Dafa and had firm righteous thoughts after the evil persecution began. I also realized more deeply why Master had repeatedly emphasized the importance of Fa study. My experiences in clarifying the truth during the past few years have further strengthened my faith in Master and the Fa.

After the persecution began in July 1999, the neighborhood committee assigned someone to follow me and stop me from going to Beijing to appeal [for Falun Gong]. I clarified the truth to them and told them firmly, "It's not right for you to keep shadowing me. You are following me eight hours a day, but even if you shadow me 24 hours a day, you will not be able to stop me." Because I was very firm, they did not come back the next day. The neighborhood committee has never bothered me since.

Master said, "However strong the righteous thoughts are, that's how great the power is." ("Also in a Few Words" from Essentials for Further Advancement II) I realized that when we have strong righteous thoughts, Master is next to us. How dare the evil come? They are afraid of Falun Dafa practitioners. When we are upright and noble, the evil can't wait to get away. They are actually nothing.

In 2001, when I was clarifying the truth and distributing flyers in a grocery market, someone said, "I will be rewarded with a thousand yuan if I catch you distributing flyers. How dare you distribute flyers here?" I was very calm and kindly said to those around me, "A thousand yuan is not a small amount. It's not easy to make a thousand yuan in a business. However, who wants to profit from doing evil? You are all kind-hearted people and will not do something like this. Because we practice Falun Gong, we have good health and try to be good people. We distribute flyers so that you can understand the truth and not be deceived. I hope you will not do bad things as it will do you no good." The people around me smiled and said, "You're right. Whoever would do such a thing wouldn't have a conscience."

Once I was distributing VCDs about the truth of the framed "self-immolation incident." A man dressed like a Communist Party official looked at the VCD, and pointed his fingers at me, "Oh, you dare to distribute this. I will [report you to the police so they can] arrest you." I was not affected and told him with a smile, "What do you do? Do you have the right to arrest people just because you feel like it? Even if you are a policeman, I hope you will not do something like this as it will do you no good." He became silent, lowered his head, and went on shopping.

When I distributed flyers, I heard someone say, "Aren't they arresting people who distribute flyers? Aren't you scared that I will call 110 to get you arrested?" I told him, "We are trying to be good people. We don't do bad deeds. Why do they arrest us? In addition, even if you want to call 110, it won't go through. You can give it a try. Even if your call does go through, the 110 officer may tell you to mind your own business. Actually [I don't think] you would do such a thing. It will not do you any good, so I hope you don't." He immediately said to me with a smile, "Oh, I was just joking. Why would I bother?"

We are practitioners walking on the path to divinity. When we follow Master's teachings and do the three things well, let go of our human thoughts, eliminate our fear and attachments, always remember that we are righteous Falun Dafa practitioners in the Fa rectification period, and have faith in Master who is always next to us, we will have no fear.
