(Clearwisdom.net) Jacqueline Fraysse is a Member of the French Parliament for Hauts-de-Seine, a town councilor in Nanterre, and a heart surgeon. Ms. Fraysse recently sent a letter to a French member of CIPFG. In her letter she said, "After reading your illustration and the report made by David Matas and David Kilgour, I am convinced of the seriousness of the situation. Thus I made up my mind to request the French Foreign Minister negotiating with the Chinese government to instigate an independent investigation team be allowed into China.

Jacqueline Fraysse wrote a letter to French Foreign Minister, Philippe Douste-Blazy. The following is the translation of the full text.

Mr. Minister,

On November 28th, 2006, David Kilgour, formerly director of Asia-Pacific Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada and human rights attorney David Matas presented their investigation report about the allegations of live organs harvesting from Chinese Falun Gong practitioners.

Although the authors didn’t get CCP approval to access China, they still came to the conclusion that the allegations are true, and that the organs of Falun Gong practitioners have been harvested without their own agreements on a large scale.

Facing such s serious matter will extremely shock not only you and me as a doctor, but all citizens. I solemnly request you, Mr. Minister, please apply all the influential powers of the French government to urge Chinese Communist administration to accept cooperation for an investigation, so that the allegations could be clarified. If the organ trades exist, China needs to stop it immediately; if not, China should approve the independent investigators authorized by the U.N. to inspect and observe the real situations in the territory of China.

As a State of known concern for human rights and also a friend of China, France could not stand idly by if this matter is true, it would be an unbearable intrusion on human dignity. This is related to the international obligation and honor of France and its people.
