Taiwan: "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" International Art Exhibition Held at FuJen Catholic University (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) FuJen Catholic University in Taiwan hosted the "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" International Art Exhibition from December 11-15, 2006. A total of 42 paintings were displayed. Many students, professors, and staff members stopped by to view the exhibit since the venue was on campus.

After browsing the art works, a student asked Falun Gong practitioners many questions, then left with a copy of Zhuan Falun and many truth-clarification materials. He indicated he would do some research on Falun Gong. Many other students requested the location of exercise sites after going through the exhibition, and some left with copies of Zhuan Falun.

Some Western students were shocked and saddened when they viewed the paintings that exposed the persecution. The painting that depicted policemen torturing a woman practitioner shocked most of the visitors.

The granddaughter of a staff member helped practitioners distribute flyers and explain the facts to people. She always told people "Falun Dafa is great" when she passed out materials to them.

Practitioners indicated that, through the art exhibition, many people learned about Falun Dafa and the truth of the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. They hoped that this exhibition would help more people pay attention to and help to stop the evil persecution.
