Russia: Practitioners Clarify the Truth in St. Petersburg Before Christmas

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners in St. Petersburg have been clarifying the truth to the Russian people for years. They have been to nearly every subway exit, on numerous streets, and in busy markets, bus stations, and airports.

On December 23 2006, the day before Christmas, practitioners once again held a truth clarification activity near Saint Petersburg State University in Island Vasil'evskiy.

In addition to Russian students studying in this university, there are overseas students, including many Chinese students. Some Chinese students came to the exhibition boards and read them earnestly. Some accepted the truth-clarification materials and the form to quit the CCP. Some of them asked how to hand in the form after filling it out.

After reading the material, a Chinese student told the practitioners, "It’s lucky that I never joined any of the CCP’s organizations, otherwise I would have had to resign from them today." He waved goodbye to the practitioners when he left.

Many Russians told the practitioners that they understood the Communist Party’s evil very well, because Russia, too, was a victim of its persecution. They condemned the Communist Party for persecuting good people, as well as for trampling human rights. They also signed to support Falun Gong against the persecution.
