Exposing the Crimes of Li Xueliang During His Term as Communist Party Committee Secretary for Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) We have learned that evildoer Li Xueliang is planning to visit the United States soon, and are herewith exposing his crimes of persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners to expose him for what he really is.

Li Xueliang is now the deputy director of the Harbin City Forestry Bureau. During his term as the CCP Committee Secretary for Shuangcheng City between 2001 and 2005, he ruthlessly persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners, directly and indirectly causing the deaths of many practitioners.

In late February 2004, a reporter passed through the Xinxing Township, Shuangcheng City and saw many banners hanging on the trees along the roadside which read "Falun Dafa is good." The reporter wrote of this in his newspaper after he returned to Beijing. Li Xueliang became very angry about this. He immediately ordered an emergency meeting among all the directors of the Political and Judiciary departments and police stations. To keep the meeting a secret, he collected all the attendees' cell phones prior to the meeting. They then conspired to search every corner of the city for Falun Gong practitioners. He ordered that as soon as a Falun Gong practitioner is spotted or reported, the police should immediately search his/her home. As long as a piece of paper that had "Falun Gong" on it was found, they were to send this practitioner for one year of forced labor. The police conducted an extensive search beginning that very evening in Xinxing Township and illegally arrested many Dafa practitioners.

Below is a partial list of Dafa practitioners who have died as a result of persecution from evildoer Li Xueliang:

This man's hands are full of blood. He was listed in the first segment of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong's list of wanted Chinese Communist Party Officials. Now he is visiting the United States of America and we sincerely hope our fellow overseas practitioners will help the investigation and search, so as to expose his crimes in the daylight and let his true nature be seen by the world.
