Practitioners Illegally Arrested in Miyun County, Beijing


(Clearwisdom.net) The Miyun County police in Beijing have illegally detained eleven Falun Dafa practitioners. On January 10, 2006, they arrested the following Dafa practitioners from Chengguan Town, Miyun County:

  • Mr. Li Xianyou, born in 1953, from Xiaotang Village
  • Ms. Li Fengling, born in 1952, from Xiaotang Village
  • Ms. Xu Xiuzhen, born in 1940, from Xiaotang Village
  • Ms. Wang Huiwen, born in 1967, from Xiaotang Village
  • Ms. Li Guiying, born in 1962, lives in Building 1, Xinggong East Community
  • Ms. Wang Cuijuan, about 45 years old, from Xiagezhuang Town, Miyun County, was arrested on January 14, 2006.

Because the practitioners in Miyun County, Beijing distributed truth-clarifying materials and exposed the truth to the public, the following practitioners were illegally sentenced to forced labor in January 2006.

65-year-old Mr. Ma Fudong lives in Xiagezhuang Village, Xiagezhuang Town, Miyun County. When he went to the village office to apply for his identification card on December 22, he clarified the truth to the people he met. Hu Zhiquan, the superintendent of Xiagezhuang Town Police Station, and Li Baojin, the security personnel, arrested him, and Mr. Ma was sentenced to two years of forced labor. No one else in his family can take care of his 80-year-old mother.

51-year-old Ms. Li Jinfang from West Tiangezhuang Town, Miyun County, was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor by the National Security Section of Miyun County Police Department because she distributed truth-clarifying materials.

Ms. Wu Yin'e, in her 50s, lives in Kanggezhuang Village, Xiagezhuang Town, Miyun County. Since the persecution of Falun Gong began, she has always firmly cultivated in Dafa and clarified the truth to people. She was twice illegally sent to labor camps. This time, she was sentenced to three years of forced labor. She is currently detained in the Detention Center of the Miyun County Police Department.
