The Feeling of Being Given a New Life

(Clearwisdom.net) I am 43 this year. On March 10, 2005, I was diagnosed with uterine cervical cancer. In despair, I did not know what to do. Considering the high hospital cost for surgery and treatment, I hesitated in making a step forward towards receiving treatment despite my wish to be treated. Is it true that it was time for my life to end?

On July 19, 2005, my sister-in-law came to visit me and brought me Falun Gong books and truth clarification materials. She clarified the truth to me. I already knew that the CCP has been controlling and manipulating the lives and beliefs of people for many years, and it has done all kinds of evil to the people living under its dictatorship.

What is Falun Gong? I thought, "All that the evil CCP opposes must be good," so I opened the book Zhuan Falun. As if I had obtained a treasure, I read through the entire book all at once. I felt strange because usually when I read a book, my head feels dizzy and my eyes ache. But when I finished reading the entire book of Zhuan Falun, I didn't feel dizziness in my head or any aching in my eyes. This is truly a treasure! At this time, I realized that the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong and its not allowing kind-hearted people to believe in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is truly against the law of heaven.

Every day, I hold the book Zhuan Falun in my hands and read with joy. I have come to understand a lot more truth and have also found my destiny.

Several months passed by, and I fully recovered from my illness. My spirit has been uplifted and my face has a healthy glow. All of my friends were very surprised and asked me how I recovered from the illness. I told them that it was because of my practicing Falun Gong. They all felt that Falun Gong is truly miraculous. Some of them also started to read Zhuan Falun. Some learned that being a kind person is rewarded with good fortune.

My gratitude for Teacher's compassionate salvation is endless. Teacher has given me a new life. From now on, I will walk the path of cultivation practice and use the standard of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to measure myself and become a true Falun Dafa disciple!
