(Clearwisdom.net) There is a secret stronghold of National Security agents in North Goutou Village, south suburb of Baoding, Hebei Province. It is known that a few Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured there. National Security agents sneak in and out furtively, no doubt out of guilty consciences. All prisoners have their heads covered when they arrive, so they can't tell where they have been taken.

If you go south on Chaoyao Road from Baoding, a little over ten Li (a Chinese unit of length. 1 Li = 1/2 kilometre) past Liudao Crossing, pass the Great Wall Automobile Group, you will see the arch of South Goutou Village on the west side of the road. (Picture 1) Across the street is a road leading east. (Picture 2) If you follow this road, you will see a large compound on the north side. The National Security stronghold is inside the compound, which bears a sign reading "Baoding Dongxing Cement Products Ltd" at the gate. Warnings at the entrance read, "Do not enter! Hunting dogs will bite. Trespassers at your own risk. Please speak aloud (for help) if someone needs to enter." On the west side of the compound is the gate of a fire station. (Picture 3)

Two modern buildings located close to the north wall of the compound are occupied by National Security agents. (See pictures below.) The pictures clearly show the electric wire on the top of the wall. There are some cypress and pine trees in the compound. You cannot see what is going on inside, even from the top of the wall. The pictures also show clearly there are windows in all directions at the top of the building. There is a wheat field around the compound.

Picture 8 shows two military radar bases north of the compound. Picture 9 and 10 show the view looking south and north from the northwest corner of the compound.

Picture 13 is a far view from Chaoyang Road. Picture 15 is a view of the compound from the southeast.

Picture 14 and 16 show the official location of Baoding City National Security Bureau. It is east of the New Generation Resident District on Swan Road, Gaokai District of Baoding. There used to be a name plate at the gate, but it has been taken down.
