Exposing the Persecution of Dafa Disciples at Tieling Reform Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners held at Tieling Reform Camp are brutally persecuted. The following report only exposes a very small fraction of the crimes there over the past two years. Reform camp officials often manipulate criminal inmates to harass, assault, and torture practitioners. Each time, they try to cover up their crimes by disallowing family visits and blocking information to the outside world.
On December 22, 2004, because practitioner Mr, Li Qingfang practiced the Falun Gong exercises, Cao Hui, the head of the 2nd Brigade, and Tan Shoujie shocked Mr. Li's face and ears with electric batons until he was covered with burns and blisters.
On April 5, 2005, Cao Hui forced Dafa disciples Wang Quan, who was already disabled from torture; Guo Linyang; and Li Qingfang to do forced labor.
In August 2005, policeman Wang Dongqing of the 2nd Brigade beat Dafa disciple Zhang Wenjie until he was bleeding from his nose and mouth.
On September 7, 2005, policeman Wang Guijun from the 5th Brigade beat up practitioner Xiao Guozhi.
On September 11, 2005, eight Dafa disciples were beaten by criminal inmates under unspoken orders from the head of the 1st Brigade for refusing to wear prisoner clothing. Practitioners protested by fasting for seven days.
On November 5, 2005, drunken policeman Wang Guijun in the 5th Brigade beat Dafa disciple Mr. Liu Zhenguo, leaving him with a bruised and swollen face and severe chest pain.
On November 11, 2005, policeman Wang Guijun shocked practitioner Mr. Cui Shimin with an electric baton for not answering roll call. (Mr. Cui already had a back injury due to previous persecution and had difficulty moving about.) Afterward, Cui Shimin slit his own wrist. [Please see Editor's note at end of article.]
On December 26, 2005, practitioner Zhang Wenjie was beaten up and shocked with electric batons for refusing to wear prisoner clothing. Participants in the beating included Cao Hui, Tan Shoujie, Li Jie, Yan Tao, and Wang Dongqing.
On February 9, 2006, Dafa disciple Mr. Li Guoliang was beaten by police of the 3rd Brigade for refusing to part take in forced labor. He was so desperate he swallowed a large nail clipper. [Please see Editor's note at end of article.]
On February 14, 2006, Dafa disciples Xiao Guozhi, Liu Zhenguo, Qin Jingtao, and Qian Chuanguo from the 5th Brigade were brutally beaten and tortured with electric shock batons for refusing to wear prisoner's clothing. Policemen who took part were Su Li, Li Xiaohui, and Shi, among others.

Although some methods used by everyday people may have some effect countering persecution, they are very dangerous and may easily bring harm to one's body or life. As Dafa disciples we must bear in mind every minute that we are cultivators who must follow principles in Dafa cultivation; we must treasure our own lives and avoid imitating thoughts and acts of non-cultivators.
