By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Toronto

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 10, 2006, five of us set off on an "SOS car trip." We passed through cities and towns in Ontario, including Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Bowmanville. We exposed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners at the regime's labor camps to the Canadian people and to the government. We visited Parliament, the lieutenant governor's office and mayors' offices. We held press conferences in front of the city government offices in Pickering and Oshawa. We have some thoughts that we want to share with all of you.

The Importance of Maintaining Righteous Thoughts at All Times and Clarifying the Truth

During our visit to Parliament, the lieutenant governor's office and mayors' offices, we deeply felt the importance of constantly sending forth righteous thoughts. It was quite obvious that the parliament members' assistants were most willing to listen to us clarify the truth when our minds were stable and we had strong righteous thoughts. One assistant asked someone to turn down the TV volume while listening to us. After we finished, he promised somberly that he would deliver the truth clarification materials to the parliament member. When our minds were not stable and human notions surfaced, however, various forms of interference took over.

One assistant to a member of the Provincial Parliament said, "This is not the responsibility of a province." She said that her boss, the Provincial Parliament member, told her not to make an appointment with us. We clarified the truth to her from the perspective of conscience. Some time later she suddenly said, "You educated me on what the Chinese government has done so I can help you." It seems she didn't know the truth. We saw that she wanted to know the truth, so we told her that the Chinese government, or more precisely the CCP, is the organization persecuting Falun Gong. She paid close attention to our words, but later someone reminded her about a meeting in five minutes and she again made excuses. Another Parliament member's assistant asked us to sit down. We told her about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. As we were going into the truth in-depth, numerous phones rang and she ended our conversation, saying that she was too busy.

The way that meeting went and the phone calls were actually all interference from the evils originating from other dimensions, because the evil doesn't want people to know the truth. We Dafa practitioners should have this one thought, "Right now, listening to us is the most important thing in anyone's life, so other things cannot interfere!" Only by maintaining righteous thoughts at all times will we be able to suppress and eliminate evil interference from other dimensions, so people can learn the truth and position themselves correctly.

Of course, when the opportunity arises, we must make sure to talk to the assistants, to reveal the truth. We cannot simply expect them to read the information package. Human beings are very, very weak, and evil beings can manipulate them at any time to ignore our handout packages. Dafa practitioners' compassion and pure energy as we talk to them will rescue them. Also, it's better if while one practitioner clarifies the truth, another practitioner sends forth righteous thoughts.

Dafa Practitioners are a Whole Body

We made ten stops on our trip. After we arrived at each destination, we put up the exhibition boards, unfurled the banners, distributed flyers, collected signatures, interviewed people, met with parliament members and also had two press conferences. We didn't really divide up the work, and yet everything was tight-knit and orderly. Everywhere we went, we saw that each exhibition board, each banner, each flyer, each sentence, and even a compassionate look from a Dafa practitioner with pure thoughts could disintegrate the evil and awaken the world's people. Most people were willing to sign our petition letter. Several people hesitated at first, but they signed their names after we clarified the truth to them.

We also encountered interference from people. One man who claimed to be a police officer complained that we gave a flyer to a child and told us to meet him at the police department. If we would go to the police department, we might miss the press conference in the afternoon. We were willing to clarify the truth to every sentient being, including of course police officers, but we could not miss the press conference, since the mayor and parliament members agreed to come and support us. One Chinese person and a Westerner came up to us and asked why we videotaped things. After they heard our explanations, the Chinese man took some Chinese fliers and left happily.

When interference arose we didn't complain, but instead complemented and harmonized each other as a whole body. When difficulties and tests surface, one has to have truly cultivated to a certain level in order to not allow interference from any human notion, and truly believe in Teacher and Dafa.

The Mayor and Parliament Members Come to the Press Conference to Support Us

In the afternoon, the mayor and parliament members came to the press conference to show their support. They also accepted a reporter's interview and condemned the atrocities inside Chinese labor camps. The mayor told us that they were going to have a city hall meeting later in the evening, during which a discussion would be held regarding a resolution that condemns this form of atrocity.

Protection and Help from Teacher

Our schedule was hectic and we didn't have time for lunch. We didn't feel hungry at all after a whole day and were particularly energetic on our way home. We were bathed in the grace of the Buddha Fa and clearly felt Teacher giving us strength.

On his way to a meeting place, one practitioner made a left turn following the green arrow, and there was a car right behind him. A car coming from the opposite direction ran the red light and nearly hit this practitioner's car, but that car stopped instantly when it was very close to the practitioner's car. This practitioner knew that Teacher is always protecting his disciples.

We are Truly Gaining Through Cultivation

Previously we often casually said, "I want to do something for Dafa." Actually, we really didn't do much. What Teacher wants is that we cultivate our hearts. Teacher will give us everything when our xinxing meets the standard.

It's a true blessing to cultivate in Dafa.
