Family Calls for the Immediate Release of Mr. Wu Xianjin

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wu Xianjin and his father from Gaozhou City, Guangdong Province went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong after the 2000 New Year's Day, but they were arrested. As a result, Mr. Wu Xianjin was dismissed from his college. After one month, Mr. Wu and his father went to Beijing to appeal again, and they were detained at the First Detention Center in Gaozhou City. Each was sentenced to three years in prison. They were both tortured with electric batons and other tactics in the Sihui Prison.

After they were released in mid-February 2004, Police officer He Sheng and others from the Gaozhou City Department deceived Mr. Wu Xianjin into going to the Yong Town Police Station, then ransacked his home, and confiscated his computer, printer, and TV. Mr. Wu Jingao has been on a hunger strike at the Gaozhou City Second Detention Center. He was sentenced to three years of forced labor.

Mr. Wu Xianjin has never given up his cultivation of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance in the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp and firmly believes in Master. He is considered a "solid practitioner" and has been relegated to solitary confinement.
