Nobody Knows the Whereabouts of Mr. Du Maomin, a Practitioner Who Was Arrested and Sent to Huaibei Prison

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Du Maomin, a practitioner from Yan County, Linying City, Shandong Province, was arrested at the end of 2001 and later sentenced to five years in Huaibei Prison. Not long ago, the police from the Yan County police station went to Mr. Du's home and told his family that he had been released. The police then asked whether his family members had seen him. Mr. Du's family members certainly had not seen him. The police then said that Mr. Du might have gone to work elsewhere.

Du Maomin's wife was very worried and asked about his whereabouts. She went to the county police station and the police said they had already released him. She then traveled a thousand miles to Huaibei Prison and asked where he was. The prison claimed that they had released Mr. Du Maomin three years before.

Mr. Du Maomin was 36 years old. After the persecution of Falun Dafa began, because he did not give up his belief of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance, in 2001, the local police station persecuted him so that he was forced him to leave home and go from place to place to avoid arrest. In November 2001, in a rented apartment, Mr. Du Maomin, Zhu Tongchao, and another practitioner were illegally arrested by Xing Anhua, the section leader of the Political and Security Section of the Yan County Police Station, who led a group of police. The Yan County Court secretly sentenced Du Maomin and Zhu Tongchao. Mr. Du was sentenced to prison for five years. Zhu Tongchao was sentenced to four years. They were secretly sent to Huaibei Prison, where they suffered countless brutal tortures. After Mr. Du was sent to prison, his family, which was not wealthy, was plunged into extreme hardship. They had no income. His wife had to take care of their two small children and eke out a living.

Upon investigation, we found out that at the end of the summer of 2005, a practitioner from Jining City, Shandong Province, who was kept in the same prison as Du Maomin, had seen him. At that time, Mr. Du was being given electric shocks every now and then. He was detained in a team of six or seven in the No. 2 area in Huaibei Prison. This means that the police officer that claimed Mr. Du had been released was lying.

After the exposure of the CCP's concentration camps' killing of practitioners, we cannot know whether practitioner Mr. Du is still in Huaibei Prison or whether he has already been transferred to a concentration camp. In any event, Mr. Du Maomin's family cannot see him, and they are extremely worried and saddened.
