Exposing the Crimes of Policeman Xu Shuiwang in the Third Detention Center of Henan Province

Policeman Xu Shuiwang is the middle-ranked director of the first division of the third team in Henan Province Third Detention Center. The following are the list of crimes he committed in 2004.

In February of 2004, Xu Shuiwang and vicious policeman Xu Zusheng tied up practitioner Guan Xiaoguang (from Hebi area, Henan province) and shocked him with electric batons. They also extended his prison term by one month.

In March, Xu Shuiwang incited four policemen in the first division to beat practitioner Wang Jun (from Yucheng County, Henan Province). He also ordered others to fabricate evidence to extend his term by four months.

In May, practitioner Shi Zaihe (from Xinyang area, Henan Province) wrote a solemn declaration indicating that he was determined to practice Dafa. Xu Shuiwang tied him up, shocked him with electric batons, pushed him to the ground and dragged him back and forth, stomped on his feet and beat him with a shovel. The next day, vicious policemen Du Zhengtao and Yan Lei once again tied him up and shocked him. They then put him in solitary confinement and deprived him of freedom around the clock.

In June, practitioner Jin Chaofu (from Xinxiang area, Henan Province) was very weak due to long-term torture. However, vicious policemen claimed that he purposely avoided working and tortured him. Practitioners Wu Yihuai (from Nanyang area, Henan Province) and Wang Jun were brutally tortured.

In August, Xu Shuiwang tortured practitioner Wu Junqing. He publicly encouraged the head of the workshop to beat practitioners. In the evening after finishing working, he provided a leather belt to perpetrator Zhang Huizhuo for beating practitioners Wang Jun and Jin Chaofu.

In September, after learning the truth, a non-practitioner Shen Yanwei painted "the world needs Truth, Compassion and Tolerance". As a result, he was sentenced to one year of forced labor. He reported to Xu Shuiwang that head Li Zhanqi extorted money without paying it back. Xu not only did not punish Li, but also stomped on Shen's hands and said furiously, "How dare you report things to me!"

In October, practitioner Wu Jinqing clarified the truth to the police guards. Xu Shuiwang ordered them to torture him in the morning, afternoon and evening every day. Xu also tortured Jin Chaofu and Dai Yaping (a worker from Henan Puyang Oil Field) in a brainwashing class.

In November, practitioner Chen Shaomin (from Luoning area, Henan Province) and Wang Chaowei (from Shandong Province) did not cooperate with the police. Xu Shuiwang tortured Chen Shaomin after midnight. He beat him until he was unable to squat and his face was deformed. Xu Shuiwang also used the excuse that answers to a test were wrong and tortured practitioner Li Baomin (from Nanjie Village, Henan Province)
