My Internet Friend Says: "Righteous Thoughts Fill Me with Courage"

(Clearwisdom.net) About a year ago, a few of us practitioners worked together and established a chat website 'called "Your Heart's Friend." The website contained recordings about various topics, movie clips, BT (software allowing people to circumvent the CCP's internet blockade), and software for download. Several months ago, I met a friend through the Internet. He contacted me after he visited our voice-enabled website and hoped that we could further improve the site, put up more content, benefit more Chinese people, and let more people know that Falun Dafa is good.

He visits our website often, and often gives us very good and sincere suggestions. Today, he told me a piece of his past experience, which was both heartwarming and touching. I asked him if I could write down his story and share it with others. He said yes right away.

He told me, he once went to New Zealand, he met some Falun Gong practitioners. When he was about to leave, a female practitioner gave him some truth clarification DVDs and said to him with care and respect, "I know China is persecuting (Falun Gong) severely. However, if you want, you may take them with you." At the time, he had a thought in his heart: "I want to, I want to take them back to China." This practitioner then told him that if he encounters any problems, he can send out righteous thought from his heart.

He was a little confused: "I don't practice Falun Gong, and I don't know what 'righteous thoughts' are." After thanking this practitioner, he decided to take the materials back to China, carrying them with him. At the time, his friends all intended to stop him from keeping the DVDs. However, he thought, "These materials are very precious; one can not buy or see these in China."

As the customs official approached, he was worried at the beginning. He then remembered the words from that female practitioner: "You have to send out righteous thoughts!" Suddenly, he had a rush of great courage and sound in his heart: "I am right, I am saving the best things; they are wrong! I don't need to be afraid, what I am doing right now is the most correct deed!"

So, can you guess what happened? The customs official said to him: "You can walk ahead! You don't need to be checked!"

This friend is a gentleman, about 50 years old. As he was telling me this touching story, I felt that his heart is as pure and good natured as a child. He asked me: "Do you think those are righteous thoughts?" I answered with a smile: "You are so great! Of course, of course! Those are righteous thoughts! Every thought in our daily lives that has right judgment and not moved by the evil has righteous thoughts in it! Don't you agree?" We both laughed wholeheartedly.

He also told me that he had read The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party six times already and is reading it the seventh time now. The reason behind reading this book so many times is that he wants to turn the The Nine Commentaries' opinions into his own language, so that he can help more people see the evilness of CCP clearly and let more people wake up and quit CCP!

I had smile on my face as I am writing this paper from the beginning to end, because I truly feel happy for him---a fortunate friend!
