Reject the Arrangements of the Old Forces

(Clearwisdom.net) Rejecting the old forces and their arrangements is very critical for Falun Gong practitioners in eliminating evil and stopping the persecution. How can we completely reject the arrangement of the old forces? Recently, I came to an understanding: If we want to reject the arrangements of the old forces, we have to look to the Fa to evaluate everything that occurs to us during this anti-persecution period. While determining if something should be done or not, we have to check if it is in alignment with the Fa. Otherwise, we should not do it. Everything should be done based on our enlightenment to the Fa principles. In such a way we should follow the Fa and then we will not mess up or complicate things.

For example, while our fellow practitioners were illegally arrested and imprisoned, some practitioners would bribe the perpetrators with money to bail them out. This behavior does not match with the principles of the Fa. Temporarily, fellow practitioners were released and could study the Fa, practice the exercises again and were able to do the three things. However in the long run, we fed the evil and intensified the persecution against us. As the perpetrators arrested us, they could then "render distinguished services." In addition to giving them money, we would also owe them a favor. Why would they stop doing it? Therefore, they would persecute us even more seriously. It is understandable that family members of fellow practitioners would do such a thing. They are ordinary people. However, we should not support the persecutors.

During several years of resisting the persecution, we dealt with many things by using ordinary people's notions and methods, such as, injuring ourselves (an ordinary person's way to protest), asking for help from ordinary people, bribing with money. None of this behavior is aligned with the Fa. We should get rid of these attachments.

Some practitioners do not yet understand this point. They discuss these actions and even introduce them to other practitioners, which has made the persecution more serious. Where do our righteous thoughts come from? They come from the Fa, and we enlighten to them from the Fa. If every Falun Gong practitioner could evaluate everything with the Fa, and use the Fa to direct his or her behavior, evil could no longer exist. This is the method we have been taught to break the arrangements of the old forces and to assure the raising of our levels and our Consummation.
