Recent Crimes against Practitioners at Masanjia Concentration Camp and the Hulan County Prison in Heilongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.net) The crimes committed at the Masanjia Concentration Camp and the Hulan County Prison in Helongjiang Province have been exposed on the Clearwisdom website many times. Below are accounts of recent crimes committed inside these facilities according to eyewitnesses.

The Masanjia Women's Correction Center uses inmates to persecute Dafa practitioners. Since the inmates are afraid that their sentences will be extended if they do not comply, they carry out orders given by the police and guards. Wang Yanping, the team leader of the No. 2 Battalion, in particular always instigates the inmates to beat and curse Dafa practitioners. In February, one guard ordered an inmate to drag a Dafa practitioner out in the snow and stuff snow into her clothes, while the guard was watching.

On March 23, 2006, on the way out to work, several inmates dragged Dafa practitioner Jiang Chunxia; her hands were handcuffed behind her back; her mouth was covered with layers of plastic tape. The No. 2 Battalion leader Wang Yanping just watched everything. A fellow practitioner witnessed the evil behavior and pointed it out. Wang Yanping threatened her: "We are evil--so what? I will move you to our battalion tomorrow."

In the No. 2 Battalion, the inmates beat Dafa practitioner Xin Shuhua frequently until her face was covered with blood. On March 22, 2006, in order to force Xin Shuhua to wear the prison uniform, the guards striped off her clothes, leaving only her underpants on and locked her up in a dark restroom. On March 26, several inmates physically forced her to go to work half naked while a group of inmates watched. She was locked up in the restroom inside the factory with only her underpants on; her body was covered with bruises.

In middle of March 2006, when Dafa practitioner Qu Shuxia called out, "Falun Dafa is good!" guard Zhang Jun ordered inmates to drag her into the office and handcuffed her. Another guard named Sun Mei grabbed her by the hair and fiercely banged her head on the floor. Zhang Jun was fiercely cursing Dafa's founder and asked another guard to write his words down on a piece of paper and to stuff it into Qu Shuxia's mouth. After Qu Shuxia was handcuffed for one day, she had seizures. The perpetrators were scared, so they took her to the hospital twice. The hospital ruled out any heart problems. When Qu Shuxia was having a seizure and her arms became stiff, the guards pulled her arms and handcuffed her on the windowsill. That made her unable to stand straight, and her arms became numb after a while. Four inmates surrounded her whenever she yelled. They covered her mouth with dirty rags and they even tore her mouth. Four inmates carried Ms. Qu back to the factory and handcuffed her there for a long time. Qu Shuxia began a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

In 2003, fifty-year-old Dafa practitioner Ms. Zong was brutally persecuted by the guards because she refused to renounce Falun Dafa. The guards pushed a bench strut into her vagina.

Crimes committed by the Hulan County Prison in Helongjiang Province:

There were one hundred Dafa practitioners illegally detained in the Hulan County Prison. The most steadfast Dafa practitioners are severely persecuted. On March 18, 2006, Dafa practitioner Mr. Tang Jinghui from the Ninth District was brutally beaten by four guards because he was doing the Dafa exercises. When Mr. Tang refused to work the next day, guard Nie Xianzhong ordered several inmates to drag him to work. On the way to work, other groups of inmates witnessed the scene and declared that the guards had no humanity.
