The following is information about eleven detained Falun Dafa practitioners in
Dongkou County, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, provided for the reference of the
World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG).
1. Ms. Liu Daju, 53, lives in Gaosha Town, Dongkou County. She was illegally
arrested in 2000 by policemen from the Gaosha Town Station when she was passing
out truth clarifying flyers, and was sentenced to seven years in prison. She
is still detained in the Changsha City Women"s Prison.
2. Ms. Lu Juxiang, 46, lived in the East Bus Station Area of Dongkou Town,
Dongkou County. She was arrested in 2003 by policemen of the Dongkou Town
Station when she was passing out truth clarifying flyers, and was sentenced to
eight years in prison. She is still detained in the Changsha City Women's
Prison.
3. Ms. Li Sulian, 70, lived in Longshan Street, Dongkou Town, Dongkou County.
She was arrested in 2004 by policemen of the Dongkou Town Station when she was
passing out truth clarifying flyers, and was sentenced to three years in prison.
She is still detained in the Changsha City Women"s Prison.
4. Ms. Zeng Liaoyuan, 63, lived in the Zengjiaqiao Neighborhood, Gaosha Town,
Dongkou County. She was arrested in 2004 by policemen from the Gaosha Town
Station as she passed out truth clarifying flyers, and was sentenced to seven
years in prison. She is still detained in the Changsha City Women Prison.
5. Mr. Xiao Zhanhao, 63, lived in the Zengjiaqiao Neighborhood, Gaosha Town,
Dongkou County. He was arrested in 2004 by policemen from the Gaosha Town
Station when passing out truth clarifying flyers, and was sentenced to eight
years in prison. He is still detained in the Sixth Ward, Wangling Prison in
Zhuzhou City.
6. Ms. Yang Xiaolan, 43, lived in the Zengjiaqiao Neighborhood, Gaosha Town,
Dongkou County. She was arrested in 2005 by policemen from the Gaosha Town
Station when passing out truth clarifying fliers. She was brutally beaten by
policemen, and was sentenced to three years in prison. She is still detained in
the Changsha City Women's Prison.
7. Ms. Ouyan Zuowei, 60, lived in Gaosha Town, Dongkou County. She was arrested
in 2005 by policemen of the Gaosha Town Station while she was passing out truth
clarifying flyers, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. She is still
detained in the Changsha City Women's Prison.
8. Mr. Yuan Guoshao, 60, lived in the Gaosha Town Bus Station Area, Gaosha Town,
Dongkou County. He was arrested in June 2005 by policemen from the Gaosha Town
Station when he was passing out truth clarifying fliers. He was sentenced to 18
months in prison and he is still detained in Changsha City Xinkaipu Prison.
9. Mr. Su Daigui, 60, lived in Yunfeng Village, Gaosha Town, Dongkou County. He
was locked in a brainwashing class in 2005 by policemen of the Gaosha Town
Station, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. He is still detained in the
Changsha City Xinkaipu Prison, and he is extremely emaciated.
10. Mr. Ouyang Huashan, 50, lived in the Jinzipu Neighborhood, Wugang City,
Hunan Province. He was arrested by policemen from the Gaosha Town Station as he
passed out truth clarifying flyers, but has been missing ever since.
11. Ms. Wang Aiyu, 40, lived on Taiping Street, in Dongkou Town, Dongkou County.
She was arrested in early March 2006 by policemen of the Wugang City Department
as she was passing out truth clarifying materials. She was detained in Wugang
City. Her case is being handled by the Shaoyang City Police Department.
