Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward
actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating,
torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another
way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due
retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of
this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who
persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires
that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing
their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Wang Yinqiang, who arrested practitioners, is now paralyzed
Wang Yinqiang, in his 60's, lives in the Xiheliang Machine Factory Dorm in
Qionglai City, Sichuan Province. On March 21, 2006, for the sum of 100 yuan,
he assisted Wang Huiyun, He Yuxian, Wang Xunhong (the local CCP Committee
Secretary), and several others to arrest and beat up practitioner Gu Guoxing,
who was distributing fliers explaining the truth about the persecution of Falun
Gong. His elder son immediately criticized him on the spot, "Why in the world
did you do that? What does it have to do with you? How could you face others
after spending the 100 yuan?" A few days later Wang Yinqiang suddenly lost
consciousness and fell to the ground. He became totally paralyzed, unconscious,
and could not even utter a word. His family hurried him to the Provincial
Hospital for emergency treatment. He has only gained a little feeling after
spending thousands of yuan, but still remains paralyzed in bed at home. He
cannot get up and must be taken care of by his family.
Department director, who prosecuted practitioners and approved warrants for
their arrests, murdered by his wife
On around March 20, 2006, according to information from the Taishan District
Procurator's Office in Taishan City, Shandong Province, Wang Jianxin, Director
of the Department for Arrest Warrant Approvals, was found dead in his home. He
was beheaded, and his head was hidden under the bed.
With approval from senior officials, his colleagues went to his home to look for
him after he did not show up at work at the Procurator Office for three days.
They broke into his house and found that he had been murdered. Based on
preliminary investigations, the Procurator's Office found that Wang Jianxin was
murdered by his second wife. She drugged him with sleeping pills then strangled
him to death. Afraid that he might not really be dead, she cut off his head
before running away.
Wang Jianxin was only 35 years old. He was the department director responsible
for the approval and issuing of arrest warrants, formerly the job of the
Prosecutor's Department. On February 16, 2006, he was the public prosecutor
representing the CCP in the case against practitioner Yang Pinggang. During the
court sessions, he vilified practitioners and Dafa, twisted evidence, and
fabricated charges against practitioners.
After watching and reporting practitioners to authorities, a nurse at the
Taishan Treatment and Healing Resort died suddenly
Wu Guifeng, the head nurse at the supply department of the Taishan Treatment and
Healing Resort in Shandong Province, was deeply poisoned by the CCP propaganda.
She slandered Dafa numerous times since July 1999. She participated in watching
and monitoring practitioners. Some practitioners lost their jobs and suffered
significant hardships because she reported on them to the authorities.
In the summer of 2005, she went to the hospital due to retinal swelling and
infection. The procedure went smoothly and the wound was healing well. Just
before she was due to be released from the hospital, she suddenly fell ill. She
fainted and her condition became worse. She suffered symptoms such as
uncontrollable bleeding when her blood was taken for testing or she was given
shots. Repeated attempts to cure her failed, and she died soon after. She was in
her late 40's.
Huang Tao, a policeman that persecuted practitioners in Shenzhen City, died
Based on information leaked from the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, one of the
most notorious policemen in the persecution of practitioners in Shenzhen City
was ex-director Huang Tao of the Political-Security Department of the Futian
District Public Security Bureau in Shenzhen City. During his tenure, he
illegally arrested and tortured many Shenzhen area practitioners, including
couples like Li Jianhui and Dai Ying. The Shenzhen 610 Office tried to keep the
fate of Huang Tao a secret, especially within the Public Security organization
itself.
Right now the most notorious officer is the current director of the Political
Security Department in the Nanshan District Public Security Bureau in Shenzhen
City, Fu Zhansheng, who graduated from the China Political-Judicial University.
He is still very active in persecuting practitioners.

Former head of the Jinzhou City 610 Office Li Xiejiang was seriously injured in
an automobile accident.
The former head of the Jinzhou City 610 Office and the current Public Security
Bureau chief in the Xiaolingzi District in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, was
involved in an automobile accident in a undisclosed city in Heilongjiang
Province. He was seriously injured and was being treated at a local hospital.
Assistant to the principal of Petroleum High School in Baoji City met with
tribulation while carrying out wicked orders
At the school wide faculty meeting on April 5, 2006, Liu Tao, the young
assistant to the principal of Petroleum High School announced, "Yesterday the
city's 610 Office, Political-Judicial Committee, and Public Security departments
held a meeting at the Jiaqing Hotel. They ordered each school to tell students
that they must not read Falun Gong fliers. Turn in all fliers to the school
faculty or destroy them immediately."
The day after his speech, he fell while walking and cut his right wrist
seriously on glass. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for an emergency
operation on his wrist and it was put in a cast.
