People's Opinions Change after Traveling Overseas


(Clearwisdom.net) In 2004, I tried to explain the truth about the persecution to a businessman. He was so poisoned by the Jiang Zemin regime's propaganda that he would not listen and said many disrespectful things about Dafa.

In 2005, after he returned from traveling overseas, he was very excited when he saw me. He told me, "I visited several countries and many people practice Falun Gong overseas. I read many truth clarification materials. I was touched by the practitioners' kindness and peacefulness. I even took pictures with them. Now I understand that what we saw in China was full of lies. When Chinese leaders visit overseas, who knows how many people come to protest since they are behind the welcoming crowd? The people in the crowd were paid to come. It is a pity that the Chinese people have been deceived and do not know the truth. I have contacted some Falun Gong practitioners in China and they are all good people. Last year, while I was abroad for a business trip, I took a taxi for just a few hundred meters. When I asked the driver how much the ride was, he said it was not necessary since it was such a short distance. He said, 'I am a Falun Gong practitioner, and I like to make things convenient for others.'"

He continued, "Now I understand: if there were more people in society practicing Falun Gong, there would be more understanding, more forgiveness, and more tolerance. Our country would be saved. Other countries all allow their people to practice Falun Gong, why not China? The practitioners are even persecuted here. This really indicates a problem." I asked him, "Have you withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party?" He replied, "Not yet." I told him why he should withdraw from the CCP. He quickly raised his hand and swore to withdraw from the CCP. He called his employees and asked them to withdraw from the CCP as well.

Lately I have met several businessmen and one county official who had just returned from traveling overseas. They mentioned the spread of Dafa overseas and knew about the mass withdrawals from the CCP. They have withdrawn from the CCP, too.

It is just as Master said:

"When they see the situation with Dafa around the world they'll talk about it when they're in China, talk about it with their family and friends--they're a form of one-on-one media. Regardless of how much they understand about Dafa, whether they're able to comprehend it or not, they'll go back and tell people about the situation."
