Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhuang Gangxiang Brutally Persecuted and Taken to the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp

Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhuang Gangxiang from Harbin City was illegally arrested on February 26, 2006 and taken to a detention center. He held a hunger strike to protest the persecution, was brutally force-fed and injected with unknown drugs. While in excruciating pain and beside himself, he swallowed the needle, yet the perpetrators illegally sentenced him to 21 months of forced labor and sent him to the Changlinzi Labor Camp. His family has not seen him until now.

Zhuang Gangxiang has been persecuted numerous times before. In late August 2002, he developed heart disease while in detention and was released on medical parole. On March 6, 2003, officers from a police station in Dongfengxin Village, Daqing City saw Zhuang Gangxiang carrying a banner that read, "Falun Dafa is good." They beat him until he was in critical condition. Blood oozed from many wounds on his head. His face was black and blue and swollen, and he could not walk. He was carried to a labor camp. Mr. Zhuang had to lie down and had become incontinent. The next day, deputy division head Wang Yingzhou tied him in a chair for seven days, after which Wang Yingzhou directed inmates to handcuff Zhuang Gangxiang at night during sleep. This abuse lasted more than one month.
