When Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zhou Runlin from Kaifu District, Changsha
City was working at her company on the morning of June 15, the police from the
Xinhe Local Police Station in Kaifu District arrested her. Later, the police
also searched her home and took her computer, other machines and some Falun Dafa
materials. At present, Ms. Zhou Runlin is illegally imprisoned at the Changsha
City Detention Center.
Ms. Zhou Runlin, 40, was a staff worker at the Man-Made Lumber Factory in
Hunan Province. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1996 and was once a Falun
Gong assistant at the Zifeng Park Practice Site. After the CCP started to
persecute Falun Gong, she went to Beijing to appeal to the central government on
behalf of Falun Gong and was later sentenced to the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp
for Women in Zhuzhou city, Hunan province.
