Taiwan: Drama Exposes Persecution at Taichung City Performance (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) "Mama, where are you?" Who can imagine that their jailed family members will be tied to an operating table and have their organs removed for sale?

The Chinese Communist Party's crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners has gradually become known to many Taiwanese people. On a summer weekend night, the "Singing Taiwan's Voice" concert was held in the Art and Performance Center of Taichung City. The concert was organized by the "Sound of Ocean" organization and the "Land Culture and Education Fund." Many performing groups won warm applause from the audience. Among the performances, a drama exposing the torture of Falun Gong practitioners drew the most attention.

In a song entitled, "Taiwan Mother," a beautiful song talking about the kindness and persistence of Taiwanese women, children presented flowers to seniors at the concert. After this warm scene, accompanied by the Dafa exercise music, the practitioners' play began.

The drama illustrated the story of how Falun Dafa cultivation brings health and harmony to people, but that soon a persecution started, where practitioners were tortured and killed. Many children lost their parents and became homeless. Their parents were tortured in forced labor camps.

Over these past several years, many patients in different countries were told that they could get organ transplants from Mainland China. The term, "Human Rights Above All" is interpreted very differently in China. In the face of cruel facts, Taiwanese Falun Gong practitioners have worked hard to expose the crimes of illegal organ harvesting. Now Congress is discussing this issue and hospitals and doctors are expressing concern over it. People are beginning to believe that the Chinese Communist Party's crime is affecting everyone.
