Solemn Statements by People Who Have Awakened

Four years ago I suffered a stroke, my lower body became paralyzed, and I began to have trouble speaking. This was karmic retribution because I once had negative views about Falun Dafa and insulted the practice. Now, I realize that Falun Dafa is a genuinely Great Law and the Law that can save me. I hereby declare null and void everything I said or did before that did not conform to Dafa. I shall be loyal to Falun Dafa, diligently practice the Falun Gong exercises, listen to Master, and be a faithful Falun Gong practitioner. I hope Master will forgive me for what I did before, and that I can recover from my illnesses. To make up for the loss I brought to Dafa, I will take every opportunity to tell people that Falun Dafa is good.

In 1999, our Yangko Dancing team compiled a dance program that slandered Falun Gong, and created a very negative image of Falun Gong. Having listened to the truth-clarification of some Falun Dafa practitioners in our village and personally reading the truth-clarification literature, we realize that we were deceived by the propaganda of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party). We misunderstood Falun Gong and acted as tools of the evil CCP. From now on, we will remove this slanderous program and will never take it to the stage again. We solemnly declare null and void everything our Yangko Dancing team did and said before that was disrespectful to Falun Dafa. To make up for the damage we brought to Dafa, we will strive to be good people in our daily lives and take every opportunity to tell people that Falun Dafa is good.

The evil CCP launched its frenzied persecution of Falun Gong practitioners on July 20, 1999. Influenced by the CCP's propaganda, I said and did things that were harmful to Falun Dafa. Because of my mistakes, some Falun Dafa books were burned. While recalling what I did, I feel painfully regretful. Having read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and some other truth-clarification materials, I now understand the evil and rogue nature of the CCP. From the bottom of my heart, I apologize to Master Li and to Falun Dafa. I hereby declare null and void everything I said, did, and wrote before that was harmful to Master Li or to Dafa. I believe Falun Dafa is good and I am supportive of Falun Dafa. I will make up for the mistakes I made before.
