Latvia: Revealing the CCP's Crime of Harvesting Organs from Living Practitioners (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) In order to urge the international community to help stop the cruel persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), on the 21st of June 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Latvia held an activity in Riga. The activity was held in the city center near Latvia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Falun Gong practitioners simulate the CCP's brutal act of harvesting organs

The practitioners simulated the CCP's harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners in Chinese labor camps. One Latvian practitioner said, "We want to help more people understand what is really taking place in China under the communist regime and we hope to stop the CCP's brutal act of taking organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. The personal experiences of Latvian people during the Soviet period showed that we should not keep silent on the various kinds of genocide now happening in China."

A citizen in Riga said: "It is terrible that these things are taking place in China. I can't believe nowadays there are such things happening in the world."

People came to find out more and sign a petition to oppose the persecution

Many people who learned the truth signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong. One passerby who signed the petition said that more people should know about the situation in China and that the media should pay more attention to it. He said that people are concerned too much about their own interests and forget about the suffering of their fellow human beings.
