Bristol, Rhode Island, USA: Practitioners Participate in the 221st Bristol Fourth of July Celebration (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) On Tuesday July 4, 2006, practitioners from across New England participated in the 221st Bristol, Rhode Island, Fourth of July Celebration. This was the fifth time Falun Dafa practitioners have entered a float in the Bristol parade, along with dance and waist drum performances. The Bristol Fourth of July Parade attracts up to 200,000 spectators from throughout Rhode Island and other areas in the United States.

Practitioners celebrated the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa with the spectators, and the float entered in the parade celebrated Falun Dafa practitioners' appreciation of America's spirit of freedom of belief. Further adorning the beautiful display was a nearly forty person waist drum team, along with a Chinese women's heavenly flower dance.

The spectators were very pleased and appreciative of Falun Dafa being in the parade again this year and offered many encouraging words to the practitioners in the parade.
