The Detention Center of Qian’an City, Hebei Province, located outside of Cuizhuang, Chengnan, Qian’an City, zip code: 064400. Ever since Jiang’s regime started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, the detention center has been participating in the persecution of practitioners. One practitioner is known to have been tortured to death here, and a number of practitioners were sent to prisons or forced labor camps from here.

Brainwashing Center of Qian’an City (in the complex of the Seeds Company of Qian’an City, Hebei Province, located on the north side of Qifu Street, zip code: 064400). The old address was in the complex of Liujizhuangnan Auto Repair Factory, relocated due to construction. It closed for a period of time, but reopened in early 2005.

Since July 20, 1999, when Jiang’s regime started the persecution of Falun Gong, the Political Security Section has been participating in "illegally arresting" and persecuting practitioners. One practitioner was tortured to death, and many more practitioners have had to become homeless.

The Procuratorate of the Qian’an City, Hebei Province, located on the north side of Mingzhu Garden Street, # 832, zip code 064400. Since the persecution started, the institution has been participating in all manner of unlawful arrests and accusations of practitioners.

The Executive Building of the Government of Qian’an City, Hebei Province, located across the square, which is on the north side of Gangchengdong Road, on the west side of the south section of Yanshan Avenue (used to be at Xing’an Ave), zip code: 064400. Since the persecution started on July 20, 1999, the government and the Chinese Communist Party organizations of the city have been following the orders and instructions of the evil party, actively participating in the persecution of practitioners.
