Do Not Underestimate Yourself

(Clearwisdom.net) In my cultivation, I have enlightened to a principle of not underestimating ourselves. I am always confident that I can cultivate well no matter how easy or harsh the environment, no matter how good or bad my condition. My confidence is not shaken, even when I falter before a big tribulation. As time passes by, our understanding of the Fa deepens, our levels gradually elevate, and Master teaches the Fa ever more clearly. I feel strongly that underestimating ourselves is disrespectful to Master and Dafa.

We are Dafa disciples in the Fa-rectification period. Master directly offers us salvation, and Dafa melts and refines us. Master said that "Fa-rectification is unstoppable and certain" (from "Teaching the Fa at the 2005 Canada Fa Conference"). Master also said, "I just want to save you" ("Fa-Lecture During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference"). After reaching consummation, Dafa disciples will be the most honorable and virtuous beings in the cosmos. Dafa disciples will cover the entire cosmos. How can we dare to underestimate such beings! Don’t we claim to believe in Master and the Fa?

On the other hand, positioning oneself correctly relative to Dafa is a manifestation of believing in Master and the Fa. If we can breakthrough any tribulation using righteous thoughts and actions, if we can be calm and confident in upgrading xinxing under the most evil circumstance, then the magnificent power of Dafa will unfold before us.

I often encourage fellow practitioners to not underestimate themselves. Master told us many times that we are really powerful. We must assist Master in Fa-rectification! We must validate Dafa and do well the three things given to us during Fa-rectification. Breaking through this evil persecution requires a deep understanding of the Fa. If we can see our future, we will wholeheartedly and diligently cultivate, no matter how big the tribulation is.

While I was illegally detained in a forced labor camp, I did the exercises and studied the Fa with other practitioners. When I took care of practitioners on hunger strikes, the guards dared not to force feed them. We refused to submit to any camp regulation, because we are Dafa disciples, not criminals.

I hope that practitioners in tribulation and practitioners attached to fear will relinquish their human notions and attachments quickly. Let’s melt into the current of Fa-rectification. This is Master's choice, the cosmos’s choice.
