Practitioners Tortured in Hebei Province Fourth Prison

(Clearwisdom.net) According to news from inside the prison, Falun Dafa practitioners are being tortured in the Hebei Province Fourth Prison (also called the Shijiazhuang City North Suburban Prison). The atmosphere is terrifying, especially in the third ward, where practitioners are being tied with ropes, strung up and beaten, having their fingers burnt by cigarette lighters, and being deprived of the right to sleep.

Practitioner Mr. Xia Xinmin from Xingtai City was hung up backwards with his hands tied together, and both feet off the ground. In this position, Mr. Xia was punched in the chest by prisoners. He suffered from sleep deprivation for two months. Guards burnt his fingers to charcoal with a cigarette lighter while he was unconscious. After he was set down from suspending there, he could not walk for a long time.

Practitioner Mr. Chai from Cangzhou City never cooperated with the authorities and was forced to stand for a long time. Another practitioner, Mr. Yang, was locked in solitary confinement for three months. So was Mr. Xia Xinmin, who is now on hunger strike.
