Shanghai Police Arrest Ms. Zeng Aihua, Visiting from Hong Kong, and Threaten Her Daughter Who Appeals for Her Release in Hong Kong (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On May 22, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zeng Aihua from Hong Kong was arrested by police in Shanghai. On July 20, 2006, Shanghai police officer Wang had a talk with Ms. Zeng Aihua's husband (who is 70 years old). Wang threatened to "do something" to the couple’s daughter Cheng Muhan.

We learned that Ms. Zeng Aihua's daughter in Hong Kong, Chen Muhan, is actively calling for the release of her innocent mother. Her actions include sitting on hunger strike in front of the Chinese Liaison Office, seeking support from congress people, media, etc.

Officer Wang in Shanghai refused to tell his first name or what department he serves, but he was very rude. He was very mad at Ms. Chen Muhan's open protest in Hong Kong, and said that he knows that Ms. Chen Muhan is still a Chinese citizen, and wants her to understand the consequences of her "resistance." He even said that Ms. Chen Muhan's appeal is not beneficial to her detained mother Zeng Aihua. Ms. Zeng's family in Shanghai is very worried about the safety of Ms. Chen Muhan, and fear that she might have been abducted by Chinese Communist party (CCP) special agents in Hong Kong.

Ms. Chen Muhan expressed that in order to rescue her mother as soon as possible, she would absolutely not give in to such a threat. She will stay in Hong Kong, and continue to call for help. She said that the detention of her mother by Mainland Chinese police is illegal. Her calls are for returning justice to her mother, and her conduct is totally approved by the Hong Kong law and supported by the Hong Kong police. She believes that if people dared to abduct her, the Hong Kong police would investigate, and the global media would expose such a crime. The criminal nature of the Chinese was clearly shown when officer Wang disrespected the Chinese law and threatened to Chen's family in Shanghai to harm Chen’s detained mother.
