By a Taiwanese Falun Dafa practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) Neili is a small district in Taoyuan County. There are eight Falun Dafa group exercise sites in Neili. The site at Neili Elementary School in Chongli City was established in 2000. The exercise site is on the stage on the playground, so that almost everyone who comes to do morning exercises can see the practitioners. The daily Falun Gong exercise starts at 4:50 a.m. On weekends, the practitioners will stay after the exercises to study the Fa and share their experiences together.

There are three older women at our site (all are grandmothers). One is 66-year-old Ms. Gu. She rides a bicycle to the practice site every morning. We still remember the time when she just began to practice Falun Gong. At that time, she used to be sweating heavily and it was very painful for her to sit with both legs crossed in the lotus position. Now, she can easily pull up her legs and no longer sweats to endure the pain.

Another elderly practitioner is Ms. Fu, who is a very warmhearted woman. Before practicing Falun Gong, her voice was soft and sounded weak. Now, her voice is loud and clear and sounds very healthy. By just looking at her, you can't believe she is over 60 years old. She has traveled in foreign countries to promote Dafa on many occasions, including a long journey to clarify the truth in Manhattan, New York.

The third older practitioner is Ms. Tsai who runs a family barber shop. She is taking care of two grandchildren for the family but she does not at all fall behind in cultivation. Sometime, she will stay after the exercise to study the Fa. She also squeezes out time to make truth-clarifying phone calls to Mainland China.

There are also four teachers at our practice site. Ms, Luo is a retired elementary school teacher. Before her retirement, she introduced Falun Gong to other teachers, students and their parents. Now she is the assistant of our site. She almost never misses a day of exercise, and carefully corrects other practitioners' exercise movements, encourages and pays attention to others' cultivation situation.

Ms. Ou is a teacher at a nearby high school. She used to have a lot of sickness, and once her medical cards had been used up to the letter H. (Note: Every year, the medical card starts from A, and each card can be used ten times to go to hospital or see a doctor.) At that time, she was so weak that she couldn't even hold a lunch box. After practicing Falun Gong, she regained her health and no longer depends on either Western or Chinese medicines. She has been working hard in Fa-promotion and truth-clarification.

Ms. Tang teaches young practitioners in the Minghui school in her spare time. She teaches students to play the waist drum and sing songs. Her non-practitioner husband wholeheartedly supports her and her three children to practice Falun Gong. So, it is not surprising to see the family of five often at Fa-promotion activities. Mr. and Mrs. Huang started to practice Falun Dafa from their mother-in-law after they married. Now, their child is also a little practitioner. Three generations of a family all practice Falun Dafa. This is good proof that Falun Dafa is suitable for all ages.

We have another couple, Mr. and Mrs. Tang that practices Falun Dafa together and a young couple, Mr. and Mrs. Zou. Mr. Zou is good at computer technology and he helps practitioners to set up and fix computers to clarify the truth on the Internet.

Practitioner Lin is a chef and has different work shifts from time to time. Sometimes you can see him come directly to the morning exercises after a night shift or he drives his car to take other practitioners to attend activities and Fa-conferences. Even in winter, he only wears a short sleeved shirt and doesn't feel cold.

Miss Zou is a head nurse. She had been practicing Buddhism for many years, but Falun Dafa answered her questions and solved the puzzles in her heart.

On August 14, we had a new practitioner join us -- an elementary school teacher who had just finished a Falun Dafa teachers' summer camp. The practitioners encouraged her to come every morning and shared the benefits of group exercise with her. She said she would come again the next day.

Falun Gong is free to anyone everywhere in the world. Many people come and go from our exercise site. No matter who they are, if they come to our exercise site, we treasure the opportunity and treat them sincerely. Because all of us have benefited from Falun Dafa, we are very willing to let our friends and relatives know: Falun Dafa is great!
