Criminal Records of Zhu Yanlin and Ding Wenke of Fangzi District, Weifang City, Shandong Province

Zhu Yanlin, male, age 37 or 38, is the director of the 610 Office at Fangzi District, and one of the principal criminals persecuting Falun Gong. His home address is No. 5 Tower, Government Dormitory West Yard, Fangzi District, Weifang City, Shandong Province.

Ding Wenke, a man in his 30s, is the deputy director of the 610 Office at Fangzi District. He is a resident of the Labor Insurance Dormitory.

In late May 2002, Zhu Yanlin and Ding Wenke had Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Du Jiqun illegally arrested. Then they had her unlawfully sentenced to four years by the Fangzi District Court and sent to the Jinan Women's Prison for further persecution. Under the immense mental pressure, Ms. Du's husband divorced her. Their school-age daughter has been suffering unbearable agony.

In July 2004, because of Zhu Yanlin and Ding Wenke, retiree teacher Ms. Feng Yanqin was illegally sentenced to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp for distributing Falun Dafa truth clarifying fliers. Later, she suffered a stroke.

In April 2002, practitioner Ms. Tang Xiumei of Guojia Village was arrested by the Fangzi 610 Office police after leaving home to avoid the persecution. She was first sent to Fangzi Detention Center and then illegally sentenced to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp for additional persecution.

In October 2004, practitioner Mr. Jiang Henghua, a worker at the Hongniwa Coal Mine, was illegally sentenced to a forced labor camp because he went to Beijing to validate Dafa.

On March 14, 2002, Ding Wenke personally went to Weifang City's No. 12 Middle School and directed the school principal, Liu Qingjian, to force an outstanding teacher, Ms. Zhao Xuemei, to a brainwashing center at the Weifang Industry School. As an immediate punishment, the middle school stopped giving Ms. Zhao a salary. In May of the same year, under the directives of Zhu Yanlin and Ding Wenke, the District Education Bureau and the middle school tried again to send Ms. Zhao to the brainwashing center for further persecution. In order to avoid being persecuted, she left her home and went from place to place.

In December 2005, Zhu Yanlin and Ding Wenke unlawfully suspended the salaries of practitioners Ms. Zhao Xuemei, Ms. Feng Yanqin, and Ms. Li Meiying. All of them were teachers in the local educational system.
