Master said,

"As I've said, everything that happens today in the ordinary society is the result of Dafa disciples' thoughts." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Philadelphia, U.S.A")

Then, what thoughts have resulted in the old forces utilizing labor camps, prisons and concentration camps to illegally detain and cruelly persecute so many Dafa disciples?

I have an observation on this phenomenon: Even as illegally-detained Dafa practitioners allowed the evil to take advantage of their loopholes, some practitioners outside the prisons also had attachments of fear. Afraid of being persecuted, afraid of being illegally detained, afraid of this, afraid of that... all the attachments of fear let the old forces find excuses to utilize those evil facilities to brutally persecute our fellow practitioners for so long.

Why are we afraid? Master said,

"When Dafa disciples have strong righteous thoughts and no fear, they can use righteous thoughts to turn the tables on the evildoers." ("Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts")

In this way, our fellow practitioners all have divine powers to eradicate and stop all the evildoers that exist in any dimension, in order to end the persecution as soon as possible.

Master mentioned such a Dafa disciple:

"I often see students like this: 'You don't let me do the exercises, but I insist on doing them. You don't let me study, but I insist on studying. I just won't listen to you evil beings. All you can do is to threaten me with death, right?'" ("Teaching and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa Conference")

"An article published on the Minghui website described a student who told people the facts about Dafa and shouted 'Dafa is good' wherever she went. 'No matter where they take me, I'll ignore everything the vicious policemen say, and no matter how violently you beat me or how terribly you swear at me, I'll remain just as I am.' The labor camp was so scared that they sent her back in a hurry--'We don't want her.' ...

"That looks like human conduct, but in fact it's not. That was because she reached that point through cultivation and truly arrived at that realm--'Now that you've arrested me, I haven't thought at all about going back. Now that I've come here, I've come to validate the Fa.' So the evil was scared. Also, the number of evil beings is quite small now." ("Teaching and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa Conference")

The cultivation environment is created by us. In this Fa lecture, Master also mentioned,

"Have you truly and completely let go of humanness because of this? Are you truly unshakable and solid, like diamond, and without attachment and omission?! When things are truly like that, then you should take another look and see what the environment is like." ("Teaching and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa Conference")

When we have righteous thoughts and righteous actions, and if we can let go of the thought of life and death under any circumstance, then can evildoers in those evil facilities keep a radiant Buddha there validating Dafa? How dare they persecute and illegally detain Dafa disciples there?

Teacher said in "Eliminate Your Last Attachment(s)" ("Essentials for Further Advancement II"),

"If you are not afraid, the factor that would make you afraid will cease to exist."

Therefore, how can the evil old forces keep all those evil facilities as their persecution tools?

We should negate the old force arrangements. We should not cultivate in the tribulations arranged by the old forces. To better save sentient beings and validate Dafa, we should get rid of all kinds of attachments and fear, let go of the thought of life and death, and attain the righteous enlightenment of selflessness and altruism.

Besides, at the same time of cultivating ourselves well, we should also understand that the practitioners in detention cannot study the Fa systematically, and so we should not demand too much of them in terms of what we think they should do. Instead, we practitioners on the outside should strengthen the efforts to expose the evil, clarify the truth, and send forth righteous thoughts to "completely end the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in forced labor camps and prisons."

I would like to reverently quote what Master taught us, as encouragement for our fellow Dafa disciples.

"What I'm telling you is that when you're truly able to let go of the thought of life or death you can do anything!" ("Teaching and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa Conference")
