Our Falun Dafa Exercise Site (Taiwan): Ren'ai Elementary School in Pingtung City (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Although most practitioners in Pingtung City started practicing Falun Dafa later than practitioners in other cities, we built up many exercise sites very quickly.

Setting Up the Exercise Site at Ren'ai Elementary School

The exercise site at Ren'ai Elementary School is located at 98 Ren'ai Rd, Pingtung City. Transportation to Ren'ai Elementary School is convenient and the school can accommodate many practitioners.

Sending forth righteous thoughts after the exercises

The exercise site at Ren'ai Elementary School was set up on October 1, 1999. A practitioner set up an afternoon exercise site in the same place on October 11, which was relocated some time later. We come to do the exercises and read the Fa from 4:55 to 6:40 am. We do the standing exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and do the sitting meditation on Tuesday and Thursday. On Saturday, we study the Fa and do all five sets of exercises. The members of this exercise site include teachers, workers, businessmen, housewives ,and retired people. Many participants at this exercise site are talented and have many skills.

Bringing Dafa Into the School

In September 2001, practitioners went to Ren'ai Elementary School to teach students the exercises every Tuesday and Thursday for three months. Three hundred students in the fifth grade learned the exercises. The instructor was Cai Shuqing, who is a teacher at this school. On the celebration of the 78^th anniversary of the school, students who had learned the exercises demonstrated them with the gentle music.

Practitioners introduced the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" to the students. At the celebration, the children were very disciplined, which showed the peaceful and benevolent energy field of Falun Dafa.

Studying the Fa in Taiwanese

The Fa-study in Taiwanese started with 60-year-old Mrs. Cheng, who started practicing in 1999. She had many diseases at that time, and doctors said that she would not live very long. However, Dafa renewed her life. She became young and healthy after practicing. She also introduced Dafa to her sister. Neither Mrs. Cheng nor her sister can read. They also don't speak Mandarin. In order to help them study the Fa, we decided to read the Fa in Taiwanese for them. There are many older practitioners in Pingtung who cannot read or speak Mandarin, so we started Fa-study in Taiwanese.

Exposing the Chinese Communist Party's Harvesting of Organs from Living Falun Gong Practitioners

Regarding the Chinese Communist Party's harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, we clarified the truth to the congressmen in Pingtung. On June 23, 2006, the Pingtung County Council passed the following resolution: "Condemn the Chinese Communist Regime's Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners and Illegal Human Organ Trafficking." The council requests the UN and international human rights organizations to deploy a delegation to go to China to investigate the communist regime's illegal organ harvesting and trafficking and urges Taiwan citizens not to go to Mainland China for organ transplants.

Recently, we clarified the truth to community representatives and to village mayors. We collected their signatures on an anti-persecution form. During this process, more fellow practitioners stepped out, and as a whole body we improved ourselves.
