Around 1-2 a.m. On December 24, 2006, Dafa practitioners Song Ping and Sun Chunrong were arrested and taken to Xianrendong Police Station. After dawn they were transferred to Zhuanghe Detention Center where they were held for 15 days. On the evening of December 25, 2006, another practitioner Wang Zhongkuan was arrested while visiting practitioner Sun Chunrong. He and Sun Chunrong's family members were sent to Zhuanghe Detention Center before midnight. The police also went to ransack Wang Zhongkuan's home after arresting him.
