Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yu Jun is employed at the Chenxi County Weather Bureau. Personnel from the county 610 Office and from the weather bureau colluded with the Huaihua City 610 Office and arrested him at 12:00 a.m. on December 8, 2006. Agents from the city's 610 Office put him into a mental hospital in Huaihua City and gave him daily injections. Mr. Yu has been on a hunger strike for over ten days in protest of the unlawful detention and is presently in critical condition.

The detention center has issued arrest warrants for practitioners illegally arrested on October 15 and 16, 2006. They are facing illegal trials around January 15, 2007.

Police arrested practitioner Mr. Shi Kai from Chibi City while he distributed Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials at Tangdongyugui Street, Tangxia Village, the Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, at 4:00 p.m. on December 19, 2006. He was put into a police duty office and then transferred somewhere at 5:00 p.m.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Jingdong from Suibin County was sentenced to imprisonment in 2004. He has been held at the Jiamusi City Prison since March 2005. The Jiamusi Prison was dismantled in October 2006 and all facilities moved to the Lianjiangkou Prison, which was renamed Jiamusi Prison. Mr. Zhang is presently being held in the No. 4 Division of the new Jiamusi Prison.

The 4^th, 10^th, 16^th, 22^nd and 28^th of every month are visiting dates in the prison, but Zhang Jingdong's sister and wife were refused when they went to see Mr. Zhang on December 4, 2006.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Shaowei, 38, from Chongqing, was sentenced to four years in prison after the persecution began on July 20, 1999. Personnel from the 610 Office and National Security Team arrested him again at the Shiqiaopu District in Chongqing one day in October 2006, following his release over a year ago. He is presently being held at the Jiulongpo District Huayan Detention Center in Chongqing.

About 110 practitioners are currently being held at the Siping City Shiling Prison. Most are being held in the Education Section. The following is a list of their names:

It was learned that most practitioners have suffered various disabilities caused by persecution abuse. Some practitioners have heart disease, kidney disease and high blood pressure. Practitioner Mr. Wang Lianshu was tortured several times. He was severely injured and also has walking difficulties, probably from several years of imprisonment and forced brainwashing. One side of his face is black and blue. Practitioner Mr. Wang Hongge has been illegally arrested and was incarcerated for over six years. He sustained injuries to several internal organs including the heart, liver, stomach, kidney, spleen and gallbladder. Mr. Wang is emaciated.

Personnel from the Wanzhou District National Security Team arrested practitioners Ms. Zhang Chengying and Ms. Zhao Xinmei when they clarified the truth of Falun Gong on December 18, 2006. They are currently being held at the Zhoujiaba Detention Center. Their homes were ransacked on the evening of December 18, 2006.

Practitioner Ms. Dai Lijuan, 45, from Wuxi City, lives in Apartment 128-202, Zhongqiaoshan Village, Wuxi City. Personnel from the Wuxi City 610 Office and from the police department arrested her. They placed her in the city's mental hospital twice because she refused to give up her belief in "Truth-Compassion-Forbearance," and refused the so called "reformation." Her first stay was for four months, and the second was for five months. Ms. Dai was injected with unknown substances, resulting in severe injuries. She was put into the Jiangsu Province Brainwashing Center in Xuzhou City in 2003 where she was inhumanly tortured. Ms. Dai was arrested again shortly after her release and was beaten into a coma twice. This was followed by declining health. She could not walk and could not straighten her fingers. Ms. Dai has become bedridden and cannot speak or recognize anyone.

Practitioner Ms. Guo Zhikun, in her 60s, who lives next to the Chaoyang Market of Chongan Temple, Wuxi City, was arrested at home on the morning of October 25, 2006. Her whereabouts are still unknown.

Ms. Hu Xiufen, Ms. Nie Rongqin and Ms. Liu Xiuzhen were arrested. About a dozen officers including Dou Tongqiang from the Mosuohe Police Station of the Western District Branch Police Department, Panzhihua City and the chief of the Panzhihua Mining Administration Bureau broke into the homes of practitioner Ms. Geng Guirong, Ms. Wang (first name unknown, a practitioner and a section chief), Ms. Teng Changfang, Ms. Zhou Shutang, and Ms. Zhang (first name unknown). They handcuffed these older women practitioners who are in their sixties, ransacked their homes and then took them away.

Practitioner Ms. Peng from Section 4 in Dongan Town, the Shengli Oil Field, Shandong Province, was reported when clarifying the truth. She is presently being held and persecuted at the Jishu Brainwashing Center.

Practitioner Mr. Ma Desheng from Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province, who was arrested in Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, was sentenced to one year of forced labor on December 15, 2006 and sent to Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp of Jiutai City.

Two other women practitioners are still being held at the Gongzhuling City Detention Center for persecution. Ms. Liu Chunyan has become extremely weak from torture.

A tricycle driver who was arrested at the same time is also being held at that detention center. Dongsan Police Station chiefs Yang Dashuai and Yu Bo ordered a police officer who enjoys beating people to beat the tricycle driver on the evening of November 24. The driver's head was swollen and his mouth was still bleeding when he was photographed the next day. Yang Dashuai and Yu Bo tortured the driver for a confession the afternoon of November 25 and he lost consciousness. They had four inmates put him into a cell. He regained consciousness five hours later. He always feels dizzy and has chest pain, however Yang Dashuai denied that he had beaten the practitioner and refused to provide him with medical care.

Personnel from the Xinnong Police Station in the Caidian District, Wuhan City broke into the home of practitioner Ms. Yu Jiao'e at 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2006. They confiscated an audio cassette of Master Li's lectures.

Practitioner Mr. Xu Yin, an associate professor, Mr. Fu Yongan and Ms. Liu Xianglan from Tsinghua University were arrested at home in March 2006. Police officials didn't give any valid reason. They only found a few truth-clarifying materials at their homes. The police sentenced them to forced labor. It is known that Xu Yin was abused at the Daxing District Detention Center and was confined in a small compartment.

Personnel from the Salt Lake District Police Department in Yuncheng City arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Chunlan from Pinglu County and held her at the district detention center.

With a receipt from an illegally confiscated bag, which contained some truth-clarifying materials, personnel from the Yongqinglu Police Station in the Licang District, Qingdao City came to the city Power Plant Company. They arrested Mr. Huang Kexi on the afternoon of December 18, 2006, and also ransacked his home. Huang Kexi is now being held at the Dashan Detention Center. No family visits are permitted.

Mr. Huang's wife was laid off and has no income, and her health is poor. His daughter attends high school. The whole family lost their source of income. The mother and daughter couldn't find a way to appeal the injustice.

Yongqinglu Police Station, Licang District, Qingdao City: 86-532-84632389

Agents from the Sartu District Court in Daqing City set up a trial in the Wanbao Community on December 12, 2006. Practitioner Ms. Cui Hongyang who suffers from headaches, dizziness and binocular hyperemia caused by persecution at the city's detention center was taken to the court. Judge Guo Bozhe forbade Ms. Cui from defending herself, but they ended the trial hastily because of practitioners' strong righteous thoughts.

Personnel from the Xiangyang Police Station in the Jiguan District, Jixi City arrested a practitioner surnamed Lian. They sentenced him to two years of forced labor.

Practitioner Mr. Liu Wanlin from Faku County, Shenyang City was reported to police when he was clarifying the truth at about 7:00 p.m. on December 13, 2006. The Faku County Shiqiao Police Station Chief Wang Wu ordered four policemen to break into Mr. Liu's house and ransack the place. They confiscated all Dafa books and some truth-clarifying materials. They also threatened Mr. Liu's wife, saying that they would bring her to the police precinct and persecute her. Currently, Liu Wanlin is being held at the Shenyang City No. 6 Detention Center.

Faku County Shiqiao Police Station: 86-24-87122028

Nineteen practitioners were illegally held in Harbin City. Twelve of them have been sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp. Among the five who were bailed out for medical treatment, one has been released, and two are still being held at the No. 2 Detention Center.

Including the practitioners who had been arrested earlier and taken there, eighteen female practitioners are being held in the Strict Administration Team in the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

When Practitioner Ms. Zhao Zhongling was clarifying the truth near the Sima Bridge on November 15, 2006, Liu Wangyan and other officers of the Sima Bridge Police Station arrested her. They went to ransack this practitioner and her mother's house that same night, led by a household registration policeman of the Jianshe Road Police Station. The enforcers confiscated Zhao Zhonglin's computer and some letters. Ms. Zhao is being held at the Bei County Detention Center.

Ms. Zhao Xiaoling works for the Jinzhou City Committee Party School. When she distributed truth-clarifying materials on December 7, 2006, a deceived person forcibly dragged her to the Beijie Police Station. She is now being held at the Jinzhou City Detention Center. After Ms. Zhao's workplace learned about this, the school officials forced more than one hundred employees to sign a document slandering Dafa.

Xincheng Police Station Chief Liu Yazhou in Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province went to practitioner Ms. Shao Zhujing's home and arrested her and sent her to a detention center on the afternoon of December 13, 2006. They confiscated Shao Zhujing's cell phone and even fought with Shao Zhujing's family.

Officials from the Xincheng Police Station have arrested several practitioners and sent six practitioners to forced labor camps.

Practitioner Mr. Li Lin from Guizhou has been often locked up in a dark room (known as "a prison inside the prison") during the past five years because he refused to give up his belief. The dark room is so small that only two or three persons can stand inside. It also contains a bed. Mr. Li Lin has often been tortured on the death bed.

Two months ago, a Guiyang City Business Bank section chief, who is in his/her sixties and was arrested two months ago, was tortured so brutally that he/she couldn't walk. This person needs someone to carry him/her if he/she needs to use restroom.

The Xinyanbian Detention Center in Panzhihua City is located in a suburb far away from the city. Many practitioners have been sent there for brutal torture, and practitioner Mr. Zhang Yizeng was hung up by his handcuffed hands. Ms. Zhang Peiyun also has been sent there for persecution.

A large amount of truth-clarifying materials appeared in Renshi Town, Kaijiang County on the evening of December 12, 2006. Personnel from the town government and police departments, along with street agents tried to confiscate all of these materials, going from home to home several times. All people felt the pressure and the horror of the persecution.

Practitioner Ms. Li Chengzhuo's house in Changling Town was illegally searched on December 15. The home of practitioner Ms. Zhou Rong, an employee at the Kaijiang County Supply and Marketing Company, was ransacked on December 18. Policemen arrested both practitioners and took them to the Renshi Town Police Department for persecution.
